Costomer service representative was nice and very helpful over the phone. Plumber came out to repair our leaking bathroom faucet the same day about an hour after speaking with a representative. Repair and replacement of fixtures took about an 1 1/2 and he was all done. The plumber was very nice and informative, he really new his stuff.Today 4/2/2023 it's a Sunday morning and the sun had just come up. My bathroom was clogged up and would fill in shower.The plumber had to unclog something that was stuck in the main pipe to sewer. He got it flowing, the object was unknown and was not pulled out. Instead it went right down through to the sewer.

Awesome service and great company! Lewis arrived on time just as scheduled. We have been experiencing issues with continuous back up.
Lewis ran a camera in the main sewer pipe to ensure the line was in proper condition. He ended up finding a dip in the pipe at lateral connection which was causing the back ups. He sent us the video recording before leaving, and came back the next day with his crew to fix the damaged section of the pipe. The crew cleaned up and left our place spotless. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company!

I don’t have a hot water running and I’m not too sure what is the problem. My brother recommended Steve’s Plumbing. I called and their on call staff came to assess the problem. He said the water heater tank is the problem and discussed the alternative solution. I really appreciate how fast my problem was solved. I got a new tank for my water heater installed, disposed of the old one + gave me manufacturing warranties and service warranties for an added peace of mind. I am so thankful to Joel for his fast service in replacing my water heater tank. Paul was to first plumber to call back after hours. This always gets my attention. He unclogged a kitchen sink drain, came back later and replaced a dripping shower faucet. He and Corina are very good, reliable and they communicate easily. Paul is now my plumber of choice!

Jaron has done a few projects for us. The first was a rather large job. He did the work quickly and his price was a lot less than another quote we got. He is very responsive, does he work fast (without compromising quality) and is very neat. He is the only plumber will will call.

Kaleo came within 15 minutes of my call and resolved the issue within a half an hour. Excellent service!

I shopped around quite a bit trying to find a plumber who could fix a few of the issues that arose out of my recent home purchase inspection. The price they estimated was around the same price as most of the others I spoke with. Although some quotes much higher and only one quoted roughly the same but with additional work would be covered. I didn’t go with that company for other reasons.

Any who, Ever Trust came out for an assessment free of charge! One of the other places charged $45-$75 just to do an assessment! I don’t have a ton of money, so the fact that this was free, I was overly happy. A close friend of mine referred a specific plumber with Ever Trust but of course you can’t call them directly. I was skeptical when I read some of the reviews, but since he referred them, I put my trust in my buddy.

Turns out the guy who he had shared was the person who showed up! Talk about winning. Nathan and his colleague were on time, polite, and professional. We had the leaking pressure regulator replaced, installed a main shutoff since our couldn’t be located (thanks 1993 construction), and installed a new toilet. Originally we were just going to replace the wax ring, but we were advised (1) the toilet the previous owners installed is the worst of the worst and it’s the ergonomically good and (2) install of a new toilet and replacing a wax ring is the same labor cost. The only difference is the price of the toilet. So we decided to get a new throne. They even helped with a old hose connection faucet! Again super nice and professional.

I would suggest them for your plumbing needs.

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.
