These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

We hired Pueo Plumbing, LLC to replace the main gate valve controlling water to our home, which was frozen open, a second valve, and hose spigot. Lewis and Dakota called to ask if they could come early since they finished their previous job. Heck yeah!
Lewis asked my input on the type of replacement hose spigot and suggested a better, more convenient placement of the new main water valve, which I appreciated and were good suggestions. They installed high quality Nibco Propress ball valves. Their work was nicely done, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Pueo Plumbing and would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Very quick to respond! My original water heater was on the blitz and slow leaking. Alex from Steve’s came out assessed the situation and gave different options to choose from for the installation. It’s so nice to not have to take cold showers now especially during the pandemic!!! Very happy with the installation!

Pipe replacement and lining.

We needed a faucet replaced. Tom was professional through the whole process. He called and texted to schedule an appointment right away. His hours were flexible which really helped. He stayed in regular communication so we knew our appointment was still on. When he arrived, he was conversational while working simultaneously. He left his shoes at the door and showed respect for our home. He found a great replacement faucet & replaced all the necessary piping. The old stuff was all packed up neatly and provided to us. He offered a 1 year guarantee on all the work and can contact him directly. Over the past 6 years I have dealt with handymen, he has been the best by a mile. I am saving him in my phone because he's one of those pros whose demeanor & work earn your respect. Highly recommend.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.
