The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was also very respectful. He got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself and took all of the old parts with him for disposal. I would use their services again.

Awesome service and great company! Lewis arrived on time just as scheduled. We have been experiencing issues with continuous back up.
Lewis ran a camera in the main sewer pipe to ensure the line was in proper condition. He ended up finding a dip in the pipe at lateral connection which was causing the back ups. He sent us the video recording before leaving, and came back the next day with his crew to fix the damaged section of the pipe. The crew cleaned up and left our place spotless. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company!

I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

I had several plumbers assist w/my parent's 50+ year old house. No one was available. I called Steve's Plumbing they were professional & courteous. I was well informed & notified of their schedules, which was done on a timely matter. I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repairs or services. Shon made me feel comfortable on the services I needed. He was very sincere & informative. Brian did an excellent job,he was also very understanding & compassionate w/my parents. I has to call Steve's Plumbing a second time, now for a clogged drain, water was everywhere in the downstairs bathroom. It was a mess! Parents couldn't shower, use the bathroom, turn on the water. House needed to be vacated. Joel did a great job in cleaning out the pipes. He was so personable & informed us on the progress. My parent's are so happy! They wanted to thank Joel for being able to fix the problem so they can be back to home sweet home. I know I can always call Steve's Plumbing to get the work done!

Setting an appointment was easy and fast! Communication was excellent. The came in and did a great job. Before I knew it my kitchen sink was unclogged and I was a happy customer! Thank you!

My plumber on another job so recommended Shoreline Plumbing. Plumber answered my plea to come quickly to hook up water line for new fridge. He was on his way elsewhere but, returned to my neighborhood to help when delivery crew refused to wait 5 minutes leaving my old fridge & new fridge in dining rooms. John performed hookup efficiently as well as calm conversation while the fridge handles etc. were attached. He entered as plumber and left a hero in my book. Plumber was personable, professional, patient, competent & friendly—going beyond the call to assure reasonable return to a workable kitchen functioning. I'm glad I found JGR Plumbing online. Jaren came to my home to give me a quote on removing some old waterlines. Before that work could be scheduled, my landscaper accidently punctured a water pipe. Luckily, I reached Jaren and he took care of the emergency on short notice. He's not only dependable and does quality work but he's given us good advice on plumbing related issues too. He's our first choice for plumbing companies!

We have used Handy Andy for numerous contracting jobs for the past 4 years, and in those 4 years I cannot say enough praise on the quality of work. They have done remarkable work on our condo and have been very responsive to our needs. There was only one issue that we had and the staff was able to correct it quickly and meet our timeline. We are leaving the island and one of the regrets is that we will have to find a new handy man to work with when we arrive at our new location. Mahalo Handy Andy, and Aloha!

I booked these guys for kitchen faucet and drinking water filter installation and I had all the parts available for them. What can be simpler, right?
The guy showed up right at the end of the given 2-hour window and arrived in poorly maintained and dirty truck which kind of speaks for itself...
Though he promptly started to work but he was a little bit too talkative than you would expect from a professional that come for a particular service and not for to be your buddy. He also spoke on his phone on a non-related matters a few times and I believe that he should have been more focused on getting things done right rather than being interested and asking about my family members and what do I do for a living.
He finished with the faucet in like 30 minutes, billed me for an hour and told me he can't install the water filter because he doesn't have necessary parts and referred me to some third party company.
As I found out later all the parts that have been needed was a single 20 standard braided hose for a few bucks. He didn't have it nor he made any effort to swing by a hardware store and come back to finish the filter installation - no such option was given.
And the best part I discovered after he grabbed my check and left:
First, during the faucet installation he severely twisted both braided connection hoses which is strictly prohibited in the installation instructions (I doubt he even read it...)
And second, he failed to set up my new expensive faucet correctly and adjust the rotation limiter. So now I can pour water not only in my sink but also on my window if I want to!
Now I would rather go and buy some tools and redo all of this myself than deal with that non-professional service ever again.
