I have been on pins and needles with anxiety expecting the worst plumbing scenario possible due to a damp spot on my floor, and I'm thinking it is a broken line. PUEO Plumbing put my nerves at ease and checked every possible reason to WHY there is a problem and found the culprit to my damp spot on my floor. It was NOT a plumbing problem but an appliance leak, and PUEO went out of their way and shut off the line to prevent any further damage, advised to call appliance repair, and suggestions to dry the floor. THANK YOU PUEO PLUMBING - I definitely recommend them, and they are on my speed dial for plumbing!!

Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship.
We had the same problem last year and it took one of those rotor named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment.
Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience and Kama Hele will be our go-to plumber forever, especially Osha and Alysa. Mahalo to both of them!

Worst customer service and And the worst receptionist ever....

Bob performed leak detection and it was challenging. He crawled under my home as well as looked around the yard. Very through. found the leak in a hard to get to place and after digging and removing roots he was able to repair the leak. I then asked about a corroded water pressure regulator and he said he could also repair that. It proved to be even more challenging. He needed all his experience to get that job done as he worked in the rain and night was upon us. I was lucky to have him. Will use him again.
