We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! I know the owner, Shane, through a business group and he is an awesome guy and I trust him. We had a couple of plumbing issues at my house this weekend. No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 🌟 to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.

Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH! They just completed a bathroom renovation for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all, the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people. They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way. They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day. The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property. I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decade's old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves. They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation. Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with. They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process.
Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity! THAT is huge for me. You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people. It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

Clogged pipe drain. I tried the day before but was unable to clear the blockage. Called around and referenced to Jon at Shoreline Plumbing. He arrived on scheduled time and completed the job promptly. If at first you don't succeed it's worth calling a plumber with the right tools and know how. I would use them in the future. Reasonably priced. Mahalo.

Excellent service! They were quick, neat and very professional. Our gate's been broken forever and it's been a huge headache. We called them up, Matteo came right over, assessed the situation, gave me a price and had it fixed in no time! What a guy! Would definitely recommend him to my friends! Thanks guys!

I booked these guys for kitchen faucet and drinking water filter installation and I had all the parts available for them. What can be simpler, right?
The guy showed up right at the end of the given 2-hour window and arrived in poorly maintained and dirty truck which kind of speaks for itself...
Though he promptly started to work but he was a little bit too talkative than you would expect from a professional that come for a particular service and not for to be your buddy. He also spoke on his phone on a non-related matters a few times and I believe that he should have been more focused on getting things done right rather than being interested and asking about my family members and what do I do for a living.
He finished with the faucet in like 30 minutes, billed me for an hour and told me he can't install the water filter because he doesn't have necessary parts and referred me to some third party company.
As I found out later all the parts that have been needed was a single 20 standard braided hose for a few bucks. He didn't have it nor he made any effort to swing by a hardware store and come back to finish the filter installation - no such option was given.
And the best part I discovered after he grabbed my check and left:
First, during the faucet installation he severely twisted both braided connection hoses which is strictly prohibited in the installation instructions (I doubt he even read it...)
And second, he failed to set up my new expensive faucet correctly and adjust the rotation limiter. So now I can pour water not only in my sink but also on my window if I want to!
Now I would rather go and buy some tools and redo all of this myself than deal with that non-professional service ever again.

Matt is wonderful and I highly recommend asking for him! I have used him a few times and he was on time, competent, knowledgeable, was professional yet personable, found my issues, gave me great advice and several options never making me feel like I was being price gouged. I felt he was sincere and trustworthy which honestly is a first with my experience with plumbers! I manage private properties and feel like I FINALLY found a plumber I can trust to not only be reliable and punctual but with integrity as well! I cannot sing his praises enough!

Went to Home Depot on Alakawa St. three separate times to shop for replacement windows ad doors. Average wait time was 30-45 minutes to have someone help us. We left each time. Wait, it gets better! On the fourth visit someone helped us within 10 min. After spending over an hour selecting almost $2000.00 in windows/doors, we were told before we place the order an installer would have to come to our house to get exact measurements. Makes sense. We had to pay for the service which is understandable. We paid over a hundred dollars using our credit card and were told someone would call to set up the appointment. A week later, no call. We called them. Another two days. No call back.
