We recently used GTB for the first time to address leaking toilet. Another plumbing company had told us all 3 toilets in our home we leaking and needed to be replaced at around $700 each. At the recommendation of a friend, we called Jon for a second opinion. He came the next day and advised that the initial problem toilet did need to be replaced and only the supply line on the others should be replaced. He gave us advice on toilets and let us know we'd found a price for one that was better than he could get, so when all was said and done we saved hundreds of dollars. Jon was very easy to work with, timely, and did a great job. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him next time we need a plumber!

I called this company after work one night when I got home to find that my water heater had busted. Thought it would be a nightmare. When I spoke with the owner who picked up right away all my worries were washed away. I had called another well known company that gave me a price of $800+ to flush my tankless water heater. The other company told me that I needed a part to flush. The part would be over $400. I went to the plumbing supply company and got the part for $105.00. the owner of this company, Mr. Benson, showed me where the part was in the system. He told me to take the part back and only charged $189.00. He is trustworthy and that what matters the most. His company was purchased by Vitalis.
