I was very worried about someone coming into my home during covid. He kept his mask on...I also was worried about the repairs and cost of emergency call. No fee for Emergency! Stephen 8465 came and he was so pleasant caring and he had a great spirit, which put me at ease. He was confident he could fix it. He told me the price and about the customer discount. l appreciated because I'm unemployed right now. Took a few hours to fix. Looked Awesome my floor looked perfect Iiked nothing ever happened. I was very happy he cleaned up. Sometimes people will leave the mess for you.. I will call Roto-Rooter again if needed... But hopefully my pipes won't need any more repairs!

Jeff is courteous and very knowledgeable. Job was done welI. He went beyond. am a senior living alone. I was disappointed there was no cleanup in bathroom. Water and sewer stuff left. It was not a lot but enough to be a problem for me.
