Fast work in 1.5 days for one floor repipe, but parts of installation of pex pipe looks unprofessional. Used carefree practices to access existing pipes. And used unrecommended sharkbite caps as permanent pipe fittings inside ceiling.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

The introduction of plumber before his arrival was unique. If included a photo and a little family history, marital status, information about his kids and hobbies. I have never seen anything like it. I felt like I knew him before he arrive. The introduction was well crafted and disarming. There was no reason to be suspicious of the plumber on an emergency call. While he did not repair my tankless water heater he did suggest a no cost work around. He stopped the leak and left. All in all he was at my house for less than a half hour with no trip charge. I am certain that this rarely happens. Most service companies will charge a trip fee. I could not have made the repair as quickly. When you need a plumber don't hesitate to try this group. They will show in their promised widow. They will give you an honest assessment and I believe a fair price.

First the good... Called Panther Plumbing because I had a clogged bathroom drain - toilet backed up. They made an appointment for a few hours later and they showed up on time and did a walk thru the issue with my wife who was home - and then called me to explain what was found.Basically they had to pull the bathroom toilet and run a snake down the drain - followed by a inspection with a camera - then reset the toilet.Now the bad - and let me preface by saying I did agree to this price because I was in a jam and the plumber I normally use was out of town.So the call I get from the plumber onsite states he wanted close to $800 to do the clog and something my mother in law pointed out while I was there. I told him NO on the extras and please just unclog the toilet.Remove and replace toilet - $335Unclog line - $225Well - most people can pull and reset a toilet - even me. Its not a job that anyone likes but that price seems a bit high. Running the snake down the drain - that price seems about right to me... nasty job and nobody wants to unplug a toilet.So in all fairness, Panther Plumbing did a good job however the price was a bit higher than expected.
