Ehhh rather not

I couldn’t ask for a better plumbing service. That Plumbing repaired same day and was extremely quick to respond and provide an estimate. The work was done professionally and no detail was rushed. Will use again and recommend for all plumbing needs.

I am highly disappointed in the service we received on 1/28/2021. We call Pride Plumbing to install a new water heater at our rental property. After we purchased the water heater Kris came the following day to install. Later after installing we were called to inform us that the P&N valve was broken. But we were informed that he could still install without the valve temporary but the water from the unit will run outside our property for a few days, not knowing the full scope of what he meant (I must take ownership of that part). However, after purchasing a new P&N valve we called him in two days to come back to install, to our dismay we never received a call back or a text response on when he would return to replace the broken valve. Please understand we paid him before he totally completed the repair of $350. After calling and texting for 3 days for no response. I finally texted him to let him know we will have call another plumber to install the part to prevent the tenant from having a high water bill as well to let him know I will be writing a bad review, calling bbb and requesting half of our payment back due to having to pay another plumber to finish his job $245. Please understand we have never posted a bad review before. Yet, this is beyond upsetting that we had to pay someone else to get the water heater working properly. However, we finally heard back by text to say he had an emergency out of the country that was the extent of our response back from him.

I had these guys out to clear some roots out of my main line. They have a $79 charge for that...BUT the first thing the guys who came out tried to do was tack on an extra charge. After waiting for them to call the office and then claim they didn't know it was just $79, the lead guy wanted to quote me on replaced the entire 35 foot line for the low price of $3,500. When I declined and asked him to clear the line he claimed he didn't have the equipment with him and left. I called back in to get the story from the office and they verified that the guys DID have the equipment on the truck AND there would be an extra charge to clear the roots. Needless to say, after catching these guys lying and setting me back 2 days on clearing the line and wasting a lot of my time in the process, I wouldn't trust these guys to cross the street for a dollar. My opinion is that they are fishing for people to scam on a routine basis.

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

Extremely responsive, reliable, AND reasonably priced! I hope to never have a plumbing issue again, but if I do, I will certainly call Priority Plumbing.

We are brand new homeowners and had an old pipe go loose in our basement. Flooding happened quickly. Needless to say, I needed help quickly. We use Roto Rooter at work so I trusted I could call them. They were at our house within the hour. Our technician Sam was very thorough, honest, made suggestions, and fixed everything. We are so appreciative for your professionalism and timeliness.
