The tech that came out to my house was Cy. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a quote. His quote was the best one I had received and I liked the way he explained things. These guys are great! They called and told me when they were arriving (not to the exact second, but he narrowed it down to an hour- which is far better than the phone and cable company!) ; they quickly identified the problem. And, they fixed it. I highly recommend BETTER PLUMBING SERVICES. You will NOT be disappointed in service, quality of workmanship or cost. Five stars, for sure!!

Paul was fabulous and very thorough. In addition on his way out he saw a nail in my tire which helped me avoid a situation of being stranded on the interstate. Superior IS superior! Leslie was awesome. On time, professional. Explained what was wrong and guided me on how it could be repaired. Got everything ordered for me and explained my options for when the part came in.
