I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

Awesome job by JJ! Dude was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. Came in and evaluated my problem and fixed it in no time. Would definitely recommend and use them again. 5 stars!!

Matt was a pleasure to work with! From the get-go it was clear that he was knowledgeable and customer oriented as he took the time over the phone to answer several of my questions regarding replacing my water heater. I immediately did so, and was pleased when he quickly answered a plumbing question I texted him a short time later. When I did decide to go with Zippy, Matt was easy to schedule with and happily addressed all my concerns about the water heater when he arrived. The work was completed efficiently and I am confident in it's quality too. I would definitely recommend Zippy Plumber to anyone in the area!
