I would give Fix & Flow 10 stars if I could. This is the second time I’ve used them and seen Anthony; first was a kitchen sink clog and second was for a water heater install (non-emergency). The sink appointment was squeezed in the very next day. When I called to schedule the water heater install, I got an appointment within the week; the office staff were courteous, patient and efficient. Each call I’ve made has been returned promptly if I had to leave a message. I was able to talk directly to Anthony about cost and effort and felt that I had the right amount of information to make an educated decision about my new water heater. I received text confirmation and reminders, and on the day of install, I received a text when Anthony was on his way and I could follow his progress live on a map - this was a cool feature. Anthony and his service techs have been professional and kind; they walked me through the processes, did thorough and efficient jobs, and cleaned up when they finished. The prices are also reasonable, especially for the quality of service. I’m glad to have found a plumber I trust!

They charged my wife 195$ per lb of 410A; total charge was more than 680$ for 3.5 lbs which is absurd. they really took advantage of the fact she didn’t know any better and that I wasn’t home to challenge them on the price.

Installer was smoking in my crawlspace while installing gas furnace and appeared under the influence. I don't believe their technicians are drug tested or background checked. This is a scam operation. Steve Malone is a smooth talker and seems easy to trust until you realize how much you overpaid for poor work. Do not hire. Absolutely do NOT hire.
