This team was great to work with. Starting with Dustin, the Sales Consultant, who came to our home promptly and on time. The quote was lower than everyone else but only by a few dollars. But it was the professionalism displayed in the presentation that sold us. Then, the best surprise was yet to come: The Installation Team of Jordan and Colt. They were fast, friendly, efficient, neat, knowledgeable and most of all, thorough. Estes came highly recommended by my son who used them for a new system last year and we followed his advice and did not go wrong. We would recommend Estes and especially this crew to everyone!

I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

This business is very over priced! 1 foot of plastic pipe cost me over $900. Square piece of dry wall was cut out to access pipe. But other than that this company is a HUGE rip off. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Call in to the front desk and the lady was careless and clueless. No return call or explanation to why less than a foot of pipe is $900. DO NOT GET TAKING ADVANTAGE OF Highly Recommend getting a second opinion next time.

Matt is a very pleasant, professional and efficient electrician. Neat installation of our EV charger and sorted out our other electrical problems. Arrived exactly on time.

Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.
