Best Gas Line Repair in Atlanta GA

Very pleased with my experience with Josh and Max and the rest of the team at Morningside. They were prompt, courteous and very neat in the digging that was done and putting my landscaping back together (even putting down new pine straw). I had my cast iron sewer pipe removed and used the pipe bursting method so as not to destroy my yard and I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Please noted that this is actually a 5 star review. Many people do not bother to read 5 star reviews, me being one of them.We 1st used Delta a few years ago to replace our main water line from the road to the house. These guys did a better job than I originally expected. So of course we chose Delta again for a plumbing job we needed on the kitchen. This time Scott Ingram came to perform the work. He performed the work quickly and professionally. Just like the crew that came out the first time to perform the main water line replacement, Scott also appeared to have a love and a passion for what he does for a living. The quality of the work really shows this.

I recommend Priority Plumbing. They were on time, worked quickly, fixed my outside water faucet, replaced the toilet water line and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They only asked me to pick out the faucet for the kitchen sink, then they worked quickly to do the rest. Price was good. Both gentleman were very polite and asked all the right questions.

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

Instead of 2 water heaters, I only replaced 1 water heater with Tank Booster. I am so glad that I met this company. The Tank booster is kind of new to me but he explained to me how good it is. I love it and I saved money as well.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I had a plumbing emergency late at night and no one was able to help me except for this company. Thanks to Atlanta Plumbing, I didn’t have to wait until morning to get the burst pipe fixed, which would have been a disaster.

The technician was very pleasant and friendly. He did the job well. I will definitely call Atlanta plumbing solutions if I need a plumbing job done in the future.

After discovering a leak in one of our toilets we contacted Alliance based on several recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they don't charge a call fee. Once here they were very professional and nice. They discovered a hairline crack that requires replacing the toilet instead of repairing. I expected to be charged something for the time they spent here. There was no charge. Based on the recommendations, all the reviews of repairs they have done for others and our short experience today I would not hesitate to call them again.

My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!
