My experience was great!!!! They have done work in the past for several family members who spoke highly of Tim Chen Plumbing. John was very professional and did wear his face mask . Did a excellent job of installing a dishwasher. John also had to go under the crawl space under the house to replace some plumbing which is not a pleasant thing to do. John always had a smile on his face and a very hard worker. Left the space where he was working nice and clean. Will be using them agin to replace one of my toliets. Tim Chen Plumbing is awesome!!!

Today Oct 15. 2022 Tim Chen Plumbing installed a hot water heater. Very professional and did a wonderful job left the work area very clean and even came back out to fix a issue with the hot water heater after it was installed. My whole family does business with Tim Chen Plumbing and I will certainly use them again. Thank you Tim Chen.

Ronnie did a great job repairing our broken sewer pipe cap and top of pipe in front yard. Innovative solution to make sure it doesn't happen again and camoflages it nicely. Very professional, arrived and finished job quickly.

I had a very unprofessional interaction with a The Dunwoody Plumber employee, or I guess could have been the owner as he looked similar to the guy on the truck.

Stopped at Jersey Mike’s to get lunch and saw a sign in the door stating masks were required. This guy has one in initially but the takes it off to make a phone call and then doesn’t put it back on. When I said to him that I would appreciate it if he would put his mask back on as it was required, his response to me was ANYTHING but professional! Then he only put it on covering his mouth and not his nose. I again asked him to put it on correctly so that it was covering his nose, I was again met with his rude and unprofessional manner. As I was leaving, I saw this same ‘gentleman’ get into a van emblazoned with ‘The Dunwoody Plumber’.

Not the best representation in my opinion and you can bet should I need a plumber in future it won’t be The Dunwoody Plumber! If you can’t be respectful to others I certainly don’t want to support your business.
