Best Basement Drains in Atlanta GA

Called Roto-Rooter and regretting it. The technician was more interested in upcharging me than he was in fixing my problem. I wish I had taken the time to read all the reviews. Selling me a sewer line replacement for $8500 was the obvious goal. Five days after paying $650 to unclog my drain (discounted from $750) the issue is returning. He gave me a 30-day warranty and suggested that I limit toilet paper use. Availability and showing up on time are nice, but band-aids rather than actual repairs is not. Beware.

Jeff Senior was great from Atlantis! They were able to fit me in same day and Jeff showed up within 2 hours of me calling and was truly awesome. He was able to fix both of my issues in less than 10 minutes! I definitely would recommend!

Water Savers should change their name to Life Savers! From the moment they were referred to me throughout the entire process I felt like hey were partnering with me to truly help me. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we are expecting our first child. Shortly after the home purchase we started having major issues with our water line and we didn't know what to do. One of the contractors doing renovations on our home highly recommended Water Savers to us and they did not disappoint. The pricing was competitive but fair, the service was excellent, and I felt the genuine care and concern for the situation my wife and I were in from the customer service rep all the way up to the top. You can't pay for that. So if anyone is looking for leak detection, repair, plumbing, etc I'd highly recommend Water Savers. 1st Class company all the way around.
