Amazing great

The first time the plumber came out he tried fixing something that had nothing to do with my clogged sink. After 3 tries he listened to me and saw what the real problem was. He left my sink leaking so I called to try and get it fixed. All I got in return was screaming, rudeness, and someone hanging up on my face. Will not deal with this company ever again.

Andrew came out today to help with a pipe under my sink that had a slow leak. I received a text when he was on his way, so I knew when to expect him. He was so kind, professional, clean, and went above and beyond!

I had mentioned that my garbage disposal wasn't working super well and he showed me how to clean it, then realized I needed a new one after cleaning it. He happened to have supplies with him. Thank goodness- I haven't used it in almost two years because the initial property manager said they weren't sure what was wrong with it.

I would 10/10 recommend this business. Who knew a plumber could help you have such a great day?!

Moved into my house recently and needed some updates to several toilets and sinks. Austin from SLAM came by and was professional, on time and able to offer a solution for my water issues at a very reasonable price. Have called him back since for a service issue and he came out and assured me there was no issue and waived the service fee. Definitely will be my go to plumber in the Atlanta area.

Recently had a tree cut and stump grinding done. Water collecting on front yard made me fear the sewer line was damaged. Had a plumber come out and run a camera through the line. They claimed that the sewer line was cracked and in need of repair. The estimate provided was substantial. Apart from plumbing work, the job would have required my front yard and possibly sidewalk to be dug up.

I contacted Carl for a second opinion. Within 3 hours, he came out to my property and ran his camera through the same line and to my surprise, there was no crack. No tree root damage. No work to be done at all.

American Service Specialists saved me thousands of dollars just by being honest. It is difficult enough being a single female homeowner without having vendors take advantage. It is definitely a relief knowing that moving forward, I don't have to worry about who to turn to for plumbing needs.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
