Andrew’s team is top notch. Friendly and professional service, great communication, and very responsive. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
I’ve had Andrew out to complete jobs twice now (pressure relief valve issue and bad water heater) and both times he has left behind clean and polished handiwork, going above and beyond to ensure everything all plumbing in the vicinity is done properly and up to code (he corrected/cleaned up quite a bit of sloppy work left by the previous residents).
I can’t recommend PlumbMasters of Atlanta highly enough.

These guys area a godsend. After trying for months to find a company to install a gas heater, they were on it and here the next morning. Bobby was our tech, he was very helpful and worked quickly. He helped explain our new system and answer our questions thoroughly. We will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them!

Over a year ago, I needed to replace my refrigerator. Everyone called essentially stated that the turnoff valve had to be replaced and wanted to do major reconstruction which exceeded the cost of the refrigerator. I called Frazier. They did the hook-up in a matter of moments and charged a fair price. I truly appreciate doing business with reputable professionals!

Not a plumbing business, it's an AT&T location not opened to the public.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.
They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.
They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
