I called requesting leak detection services. They sent someone out on scheduled date who says he doesn't do leak detection, that they were 8 days out, and gave me the number to call someone else. Waste of time coordinating with my 2 sets of tenants and my own schedule. Also whatever information I relayed to the scheduled wasn't related to the plumber. For seamless customer service, I shouldn't have to repeat myself to each person I speak to within the same company. Poor internal communication. I can't speak for the work of the plumber since they didn't do anything, but whoever does the scheduling dropped the ball. As a busy landlord of multiple properties I don't have time to waste with service like this.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.

The several experiences I had with Estes were not positive at all. We initially called Estes because my partner had been under the house and noticed our ducts were in bad shape and some weren't even connected to vents. We had an AC man come out to take a look, and he said he would need to call someone else to look at the ducts. We signed up for their maintenance package at that point because we had a great experience with the AC man. Another gentleman came out and told us our ducts looked fine, but we needed to install a vapor barrier to help with maintain temperature and humidity in the crawl space and the house. We decided to pull the trigger on the vapor barrier after a few months, and as part of the maintenance plan, scheduled someone to take a look at the furnace. Here is where things began to fall apart. The furnace inspector said that we needed some cleaning done on the machine as well as having the vent pipe replaced. He quoted the cleaning, but not the vent pipe. I had to call on 4 separate occasions to be quoted for the vent pipe, and they still had to schedule him to come back out to measure and take pictures to get an actual quote. The same day he was supposed to come back out and quote us on the vent pipe was the day that our vapor barrier was to be installed. The gentlemen arrived to install the vapor barrier, and they stopped the installation once they saw the damage and state of our ducts. They came to me and showed me pictures and told me the ducts needed to be replaced/repaired. I told them that was the initial reason we called Estes, and they apologized and said the assessment person must have been having a bad day. They said I would need to have him come back out again to give a quote for the duct work. At this point, I decided to cut all ties with Estes. Their communication is terrible, and they didn't address the initial reason we requested them to come out and tried to sell me on a vapor barrier instead. I feel like they sold us in to the maintenance package as well. I called another heating and air company, and they said the furnace was fine and didn't need repair as well. We ended up going with the other company for the duct work as well as the vent pipe replacement. I feel like Estes scammed us and sold us on unnecessary services. Be wary!

Chris was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink the week of Thanksgiving. He came the same day and fixed it.

David showed up on time and fixed the problem fast. Very good tech.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I hope the situation of Fire remediation does not come back on even a single person, but if we need professional help I know who to call! Thank you WMF Restoration for your quick response to let us know how serious our mold issue was.

Efficient and thorough. Great job as always. I didn’t have anything to compare the price with-so I can’t speak to the “value”. I have my kitchen back in working order, that’s all that matters!
