It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

Our HVAC technician Scott was awesome. He walked us through everything with thorough detail and explained it in a way that a novice like me could understand. We bought their checkup plan because he was so great to work with.

James the repairman was very nice. It took him more then hour to clear drain. He suggested that I have the line mini jetted. He showed me on the camera the before and after. I was satisfied with the work. I was not real happy and maybe I should have shopped around for a better price but mini jet a line less then 15 feet that took less then 20 minutes with equipment that cost just about 1/3 of what I was charged seems very unreasonable and excessive.

We called Pure again for our loose faucets and it was fixed right away. They are our go-to plumbing company for 3 years now. Had other issues that were addressed and Tobee spent the entire day at our house until early evening. He is a great plumber. His supervisor Jason came out to assist and was so informative and educated me on different problems and solutions for various issues in our home. He really knows a lot about how to diagnosis things and was very determine to find the right solutions. They both were polite, great listeners, professional and detailed oriented. They even wear booties and I appreciate that because I'm a clean freak! We have several options to move forward with the work and we will be repairing things soon. I like how responsive the front desk is with text updates too. I am very pleased with these two technicians and understood the tricky problems with our plumbing. This company is a lifesaver. I have an infant and our A/C stopped working. I used the online system to schedule an emergency visit and they came the same day. This was the only place I called that had almost immediate same day service and took my concern about my baby overheating seriously. Alejandro was our technician. Amazing communication the whole way. He let us know when he was on his way and his ETA. He did a thorough inspection and walked up through the issues and took pictures. He was honest and tried to get us the best price for our budget. When we decided it was best to replace the entire unit they gave us the option to install the NEXT MORNING. I’m the meantime they loaned us a portable air conditioner so our baby would be safe and not overheat. I was stunned and I thought there would be a catch/extra charge or something. Nope! Our technicians who did the install were Lenny and Fabian and they too were great communicators, very professional, clean, and thorough. Not only did they lay down protection for our floors but cleaned up afterwards. We now have a new unit in less than 24 hours from when we called. I could not be happier with the service I received. I didn’t think companies like this existed and I am so glad to be proven wrong. This was an amazing experience, this company is truly the best, and they have secured a lifelong customer. AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were confident fix the problem quickly at a significantly lower rate than the competitor.

Bad customer service, Nancy the receptionist is very rude she has no manners to speak with the clients.
