Roy was the first technician, but he did not clear the bath tub clog. I had to call them back. The second technician, Kirwin, was patience and courteous, and did the job.

We have used Climate Control Experts Air, Heating, & Plumbing for many years now, and have always been happy with their service.We had our heating inspection done today by Mason Jones who displayedA great understanding of the heating system. He was prompt getting to our house, very professional, and explained everything he checked to us. We would be glad to have him service our system in the future.We had Lee Edwards out to clean our dryer vent on Saturday and he also was very professional. We were having problems with our dryer and thought that our vent was clogged as it was in the past. He was honest with us and said that that it was not clogged and was blowing air nicely from the dryer.Climate Control Experts have always sent out real experts to work on our systems. I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

Had a condensation leak in my HVAC. Shaun was my service guy and came out the same day ahead of my scheduled service. Excellent work and service, he answered all my questions. Definitely would use Allstate again in the future. Job well done!

Daniel came out to do an estimate and was so helpful we decided to have him do the job right then. He identified a similar problem in our other sink pipes saving the need for another plumbing call. He was very nice and patient with us.

I guess I should explain what happened, so our AC went out last night, and we were able to schedule something for this morning. One of the few companies that could get someone out so quickly and with a more precise timeframe. Ultimately went with this company because they could come the quickest and had only a 1hr time window. Glad we went with Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning, and definitely glad we got Thomas as our tech =)
