What can I say? I have a home warranty that connected me to pirate plumbing and I was skeptical at first especially after reading the reviews because nothing can be that good right? Well I was wrong. They were awesome. Not only were they able to work around their crazy booked schedule to help me out just to get water pressure to my shower when the water heater went out they expedited my claim to get the ball moving with my hmc to get it done quickly. I highly recommend this company for anything plumbing wise.

Joey came to my house to replace a rusted pipe on top of my water heater which was leaking carbon monoxide. Pirate plumbing was the least expensive of 3 plumbing quotes that I received for this job. Then Joey gave me several great tips for cleaning and maintaining my water softener. Not only that, but he even gave me a very useful tip for keeping my Christmas tree green and fresh! Outstanding customer service. I’ll call them from now on for all my plumbing needs!

This company is hired by home warranty and they reported misuse of force on us turning a knob being one of the things that home warranty does not cover. First technician that came out said a part was needed but the one that handles the warrantys told us he was on his way to get part which was not true. He turned in a report stating that we misused force when our water was gushing from 9pm til 4 pm next day as not of us knew how to turn off water. I did not hear anything back until I called American Home Shield and they told me claim was denies which is what I consider warranty fraud.

I had water coming out of my downstairs powder room floor & into my garage. (The powder room & garage share a wall). I also had a faucet leak in the master bath upstairs. I called my home warranty & they sent Kevin with Pirate. The home warranty declined to fix the sink the upstairs bathroom because Kevin deemed it customer physical force which is fine. However, he had to come back 3xs to fix the leak or pipe burst in the downstairs powder room. First he said he couldn`t see the leak, then he said someone had to make access or a hole in the wall & exposed the pipes so he could identify the leak. Eventually, he made access, found the leak and fixed it. However, there was still water coming on the floor. His company reluctantly sent him back out for the 3rd time due to me calling the home warranty and the home warranty making him come back out to fix the leak. Due to water damage I had to file a homeowner`s insurance claim & Rodolfo with Life Saver`s Restoration came out quickly and got rid of all the damaged wood and wall. Construction for building my bathroom and garage wall back has not started yet but I`m hoping the plumbing troubles are over. Something tells me when the toilet is installed it will start to run again and I hope pirate plumbing will come out and do what they were supposed to do the 1st time.

AHS sent Pirate Plumbing to my house. When the plumber arrived on Saturday afternoon I told him that water was coming thru the air vent which is sitting on top of the kitchen sink, when using the dishwasher. After looking under the sink he Told me that the configuration was not up to code. And that's why it was leaking when the dishwasher was being used. He left and told me someone will call me on Monday. Did not get a call back from Pirate. So I call American Home Shield. They told me that they could not cover the extra charge because the installation was not up to code. I then called Pirate Plumbing, the receptionist told me she needed to talk to the plumber who did the service call to get the price for the repair. Waited two days without a call back. I then called a handyman I knew. After looking at it, he told me that all it needed was to reverse line on the vent tube. He suggested that I buy a 4 foot hose from Home Depot for a better loop to the drainage line. I went and bought it, he then installed it in less than 15 minutes. Hose cost:$10 labor Cost:$60.
P.S. I cancel my AHS membership after four years!

I setup an appointment between 1p-5p, but they showed up at 10:41a instead. As a landlord, scheduling time with senior tenants is necessary and just plain courteous. They didn't call the cell # I provided and instead tried the number on the account, which is my elderly mother three time zones away. Their diagnosis benefited American Home Shield and themselves by quoting me $673 to replace a $40 tank. I could have already replaced this tank myself. What a waste of my time and the tenants time who have been without this toilet since Thanksgiving.

I had Donnie out to check on water leaking out between pavers in our driveway. He is a super nice guy and very professional. He took the time to find the pipe and then he told us to hire a landscaper due to the pavers. Plus, he described what are the proper materials for a do-it-yourself fix. In today's world, it seems that everybody I deal with has an angle. Donnie explained what needed to be done in laymen's terms. Put Pirate Plumbing on the top of your call list.

Amazing Customer service from The Dispatch Department to the Plumber who did our repair, which was Donny. Not only was Donny on time but he was very knowledgeable. We unfortunately found ourselves with a water main leak somewhere between the meter in the street and the house. Luckily, Pirate Plumbing responded to my request for quotes for repair. Unlike many other companies, they did not require $50-$125 just to provide a quote! Donny the ops manager arrived on time and quickly provided options to get the problem fixed. We ultimately opted for a full line replacement and they quickly got to work. The work was as promised, very professional and quick all at a fair price. Even the city inspector commented on the quality of the work! Donny is an excellent plumber and everyone I came into contact at Pirate is the same. Professional, friendly and accommodating to get the job done. We have now found our plumbing company for all our needs moving forward. Thank you Pirate for the great work!!

After I tried to replace a bathtub drain flange myself... which was old and corroded, the whole attempt was bad enough to ruin the drainage pipe underneath... These guys fixed everything by going through a wall in a very hard to reach area. They were fast, courteous, good explainers, and even helped me with other plumbing issues I had! Big Recommend!

The technician was very thorough. He was able to detect the leak using an infrared camera. The other plumbers did not do that. Others immediately said it was the dishwasher causing the problem when all along I have a broken pipe on another side of the wall they did not take the time to look at. This technician did. I will from here on out use Pirate Plumbing.

The were just the best. I bought my own water softner and called Pirate to install it. Unfortunately the water softner was defective so they went with me to return it and get another one but it was at another store. The guys picked it up for me. Unfortunately that one had a crack - so we returned that one as well the guys followed me to return that unit. Finally ordered one and they picked it up and installed it. They were wonderful!! Would recommend them 100%. Thanks guys😊

BEWARE>>>>> We scheduled a repair with Pirate Plumbing to repair broken shower plumbing. Kevin the plumber arrived late. He seemed like he was a little rude with how he discussed the problem we were having. We showed him the problem and he said the shower tile needs to be broken down to get access to the broken pipe to repair it. He said if we want him to do the demo work we would first need to have the wall tested for asbestos before any work can be done. He said if I want I can demo the tile myself and then they wouldnt need it to be tested for asbestos. I told him I would do the demo work. He said in the mean time he will contact our home warranty service to let them know what the repair would be to get approval to be paid. He said he would call us after talking to our warranty. We did the demo work and waited for his call. he never called. we called his office and were told that the repair wasnt covered. So we contacted our warranty service and they told us Kevin told them it was the sprayer that was damaged and they don't cover it. I explained the sprayer which i believe the correct term is shower head was not the problem. it is the pipe that comes out of the wall that connects to the shower head that is broken. This is covered so they told me to contact the plumber so he can call them back and correct what he told them so they can approve it. we called Kevin and he blamed the warranty service for the mistake. he was very short with me on the phone saying he didnt have time to call the warranty company. we explained that we have been without a shower for almost a week now. he didnt seem to care. i asked when he would be able to call them and he said he was with a customer and was too busy to do it today. he then hung up on me. i later received a call from my warranty service to let me know Kevin called them to let them know he was not willing to work with us... I called his manager Donnie who only protected his employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I requested a camera inspection to find out the shape of my pipes but inside and outside the house. Turns out used the wrong way to put the camera in and could not reach the entire house, but did not tell me that or give me options to do an additional camera from another viewpoint. I didn't find out until another plumber showed me that not all of my pipes were cast iron as Pirate showed me on the video. Now my inspection is incomplete, useless, and has to be done again correctly by another plumber. I requested a refund and haven't heard anything back.

Had a water heater replaced by another company because it had developed a leak...
Pirate Plumbing came out and relocated the new water heater so the recovery/clean up company could do their work.
Pirate Plumbing arrived on time and had the water heater moved and set up in it's new-temporary position much quicker than I had expected. Same quality and speedy reinstallation after the reconstruction repairs had been completed.
Overall,. it was a very good experience doing business with this company. Would Highly Reccommend.

I had to allow this company to install sink immediately despite horrible interaction and overall experience with company. HSA/American Home Sheild authorized installation immediately in order to prevent further water waste due to water leak. American Home Sheild did however fire them immediately after faucet installation and prevented them from servicing my other appliance on same claim as a result of their unresponsive, unethical, & professional, behavior of entire staff - including administrator & head plumbing technician.

The workman Ryan Brenes arrived within 30 min of when we made the online request. Quick and professional in his assessment (knew what he was looking at). Said he needed parts and would put me in que for the following day. He called me mid morning and said he was working til late but would be here. The removal of the shower valve was quite difficult. Ryan muscled up and pulledd for all he was worth and Got It! I work in the trades and this guy is a doer, he gets it done. He quickly fine tumed the valve. He did yeoman's work. I was impressed as he hurried of to the next job even though it was late. Thus guy is out earning all you guys money for real. Kudos to Pirate Plumbing for hiring and fielding professional techs and big thanks to Ryan for his efforts!

called to have them repair a leak in my plumbing. plumber arrived 2 hours late. took 3 hours to find the leak and then said they fixed it but when i checked the meter the leak was still there. asked them to come back and double check they refused. the manager was very rude and short with me. do not recommend using this company.

We've been having trouble with the toilet plugging. Kevin came out and made some adjustments and augerd it for the cost of a service call. He also gave us tips on this type toilet along with quotes on other work. Very fair. Toilet had issues the next day and Kevin came out ...coincidentally the chain had broke...he replaced the flapper and chain an advised replacing the toilet if we continue having issues with it. No additional charge. I found him to be very fair , knowledgeable and honest...would definitely hire him again!

Danny and his team were very professional and very helpful on installing our water softner and fixing a leaking pipe outside of our home. He fixed our pipe and installed our water softner in a very timely fashion with high quality materials unlike the last plumber I use that used cheaper pvc to repair the leak which does not work in this hot vegas weather. He was patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They now have this customer for life! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

A.tiny water line leak in our home caused major damage to our bathroom and bedroom that has required extensive demo.
Luckily we quickly found Pirate Plumbing. The owner, Donny, was able to find and stop the leak immediately after we had the drywall removed.
In the process, he discovered was a “rat’s nest” of piping and connectors which were installed prior to the purchase of this 20 year old home. Much of the piping was missing basic protections like nail plates. Donny quickly completed the inspection and prepared an estimate. The next day he dispatched one of his expert plumbers, Will, who had everything cleaned up the next day. Even as a non-professional I could see the difference: everything is clean and neat without the unnecessary complexity that was there before.
Now I can proceed with the reconstruction phase with confidence that the main plumbing area in my house has been replaced in a professional and reliable manner.
I believe I received superior-quality service at a fair and reasonable price and I highly recommend Pirate Plumbing to anyone who is in need of an honest, competent, and very responsive plumbing company.

CALL THESE GUYS NOW!! I was having a plumbing Emergency and had already been screwed over by another plumbing group appointed by my HW. It had been almost 24hours with no resolve to my issue. I then reached out to the Pirates because I had a freaking awesome experience simply getting a quote for Filter / Softener Install roughly a week or so before.

Understanding the Urgency of the issue I was in, they were able to get to me within an hour or so of getting off the phone. Once they arrived, I ran through the series of events and they were able to dial in on the culprit right away. They busted out the snake camera to confirm their suspicion and had me taken care of (what felt like) very quickly.

If you want something taken care of the right way, call these guys. Heck, put them in your phone as a contact right now. Absolute True Professionals. I look forward to having these guys install my Softener in the near future, and know who to call (or who to recommends to friends!) should plumbing issues arise in the future.

No one enjoys having to contact a plumber, especially on a Friday morning. I called Pirate Plumbing and Donny answered the call prior to them even opening. He was down the street from my house and came over to evaluate my water heater. He determined quickly that it needed to be replaced. So happy with my experience with Pirate Plumbing. My master bath stopped getting hot, after having a few other companies come they kept telling me I needed to replace my water heater because it was too small for my house. I knew that wasn’t true as my tub had been getting hot for the past year and my heater didn’t randomly shrink! Pirate plumbing came over and identified that the cartridge in the faucet had gone bad. Because it was a custom faucet the part was hard to get but they were able to and replace quickly! I now have very hot water coming to my bath again and am so happy. Thank you Pirate Plumbing!!!!!

I cannot rant and rave enough about Ken and his crew. I had a sewer emergency Memorial Day weekend and kept getting the run around from Other companies and my home warranty company. Finally I got in contact with Kenny at Pirate and he came over and was there till about 10pm figuring out a plan that I felt comfortable with. Work started at 8am that next morning... yes- on a holiday weekend & on memorial day!!! I just bought my house and haven't even been in at six months and had to replace the sewer pipe outside my house as this was the second time I had a back up inside. The job was totally crazy and my pipes were full of tree roof, but Kenny assured me everything would be done correctly and on time. I cannot recommend Ken and his crew enough because not only were they fantastic to work with, they are all talented and very skilled and knowledgeable of what they are doing. Happy End!.
American Home Shield assigned another plumbing Company.
Their company name is : Air Squat Ac & Plumbing.
Air Squat Ac & Plumbing is fixed the water tank issue in 5 minutes without asking extra charge.
I created a case to American Home Shield Warranty Company to investigate Pirate Plumbing.
They will send a notice to Pirate Plumbing to train their unprofessional staff and not to ask extra $450 bucks from customers to replace a basic/cheap flapper.

Never call Pirate Plumbing . As you see in Company Name, They are really Pirate and trying to steal customers' money.!

***UPDATE1**
I added 3 pictures that shows how easy to change a basic flapper without removing water tank.
Your Tech. is not honest and try to cheat you, me and American Home Warranty Company. You need to hire more professional technicians.

Original Claim :
They fix only basic problems and do not want to remove water thank.
Crazy and unprofessional service.

There is enough gap to chance the flapper but they want to remove all toilet to charge to Home Warranty company more money.

I reported them to American Home Shield and they will cancel all process and will send another more professional technichian.

I do not advice to anybody to call Pirate Plumbing for any issue.

They wanted to charge $450 bucks to change basic plastic flapper!

Pirate Plumbing was contracted by my horrible home warranty company, American Home Shield. We had 2 separate leaks and neither was repaired by this company. June 3rd, Isaac came out cut the ceiling in the laundry room and said the tub drain or something was leaking in the upstairs bath. For the 2nd leak he cut in the garage cutting through the fire wall. He then tells us we need a water restoration company and proceeded to give us the business card if a friend. When he returned on 6/8, the first thing he asked was what water restoration company I was using and how did I find them. He the tells me AHS had approved fixing drain or one other thing. He the tells me he want time back when all the drying equipment is gone and it is dried out. I move the equipment so he could complete the work. He comes downstairs and tells me he fixed the drain, but the shower valve is leaking and he can’t fix it until it is approved, really not sure why he did not notice that on his initial evaluation, same bathroom, same tub. I asked him to contact AHS, he refused, I asked him to wait until I spoke with them and he refused. He also didn’t ask if I wanted to have the leak repaired and pay for it myself. Needless to say, my leaks were not repaired and I had to hire a different company, Anytime Plumbing, who came out the same afternoon and repaired my leaks. The only communication I have had from Pirate Plumbing is a request for this review. I cannot recommend them and if you decide to use them Do Not use Isaac at Pirate Plumbing.

I give this company a 0. Ryan is an incompetent plumber. 2nd time he came to house sent by Old Republic. He was an hour late. The blades don’t work, it is leaking an oily substance, it took him brute force to turn blades and now blades don’t chop. He would not switch out on 2nd visit after promising to switch it out first visit and did not. Hr promised to switch it out with a 1/2 horsepower as I have. 1/3. Stay away from this company!

Pirate Plumbing was super nice, knowledgeable, professional, honest, took the time to answer all my questions and good prices compared to other plumbers.
24hr service and came out to inspect the same day I called.
I had tree roots in my sewer system which they came cleaned out, scoped and showed me the pictures of the roots. I initially was going to have them replace a 4 foot section of the damage pipe but then canceled because I had forgotten I had insurance. So I called the insurance company they contracted a different plumbing company although I would like to have had Pirate Plumbing do the work.
Anyway they were very nice and canceling my contract with them and returned all my deposit money that I gave them.
No problem no questions asked.

Ryan, showed up on time. He accessed the situation and proceeded to remove very old disposal. Some of the pvc pipes were not in good condition. Ryan, had to cup out old disposal,in order to remove it. Then he installed new disposal. Excellent workmanship He was very congenial with my wife and I👍

They showed up almost immediately after I called them. Everyone else was saying 4 to 5 days or more when we had an emergency and no water in the house. Very fast job and very friendly technician Kevin. I am going to use them for everything I can going forward.

Worst plumbing service ever. Service guy is a liar, and lazy too. Spent more time on the phone than fixing our stoppage. Failed to solve the problem and tried to pin the blame on the homeowner. Thankfully got everything on ring video to prove otherwise. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE GUYS.

The toilet handle broke and the plumber accused me if negligent. I am retired and live alone. He didn't have the part and he wrote a negative statement. He never noticed me or AHS that i had to pay before he could return I found out on line. I had no idea
No one notified me.
