Ura from Sin City Plumbing came out to move a gas line for my new stove so that the stove would properly fit into the counter. Ura was friendly, professional and he explained every step in the process. He performed the work quickly and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He answers ALL questions on a level that I can understand. Joey goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of his duties for me. He is VERY respectful ,talks in a soft non-threatening voice and makes himself very AVAILABLE if I ever need to know something OR request a certain item. I have adopted him as my Grandson..we are ALL blessed to get yo meet him and know him. He represents your company as a knowledgeable and CARES that the customer is happy with his crew and their work. He was friendly and engaged in conversations about plumbing and other subjects. Joe appears to be a very hard worker and stays at the task I assume he was informed to do. He was comfortable to be around and kept me informed and updated on his project.I would adopt him also. He stayed on his project ALL day with no breaks. A very steady and focused employee. I would recommend him to everyone. A very pleasant and polite young man.Jose was the young kid in the group.Very pleasant..smiles alot..and also educated me about my master bathroom sinks. He enjoys his work /job and it shows. He also appears to be a hard worker and I did NOT witness Jose discussing guidance from Joe but it did appear that IF he was going to do something he discussed it with Joe for guidance. The two young men worked well together. I am VERY PLEASED with these workers as they were VERY RESPECTFUL to me for being an elderly person/woman. On 26 Oct 2017 a plumber sent over was very friendly and seems very knowledgeable. We found out by several other plumbers that you should never touch the maniblock part of the plumbing, which John did, Plumbing Solutions of Nevada. It is now dripping/ leaking and we have contacted the business 3 times and have not heard back from John. We hired another plumber. I would like to know how Plumbing Solutions of Nevada is going to rectify this. I will contact Channel 13 Investigates if we don't hear back this today.
