If you want friendly and quality service, this is the place to call. My two year over stuffed my toilet with cottonelle wipes and after a week my toilet started to clog. I did quite a bit of research and most plumbing places charge just to come to your house! Rooter Rangers, they come to evaluate the problem first and will then tell you the damages! I had a tech name Alex and he was so kind! Very professional and explained the possibility of the plumbing issue and then proceeded to see what the issue was. Once he found out it was not a main pipe but a minor balled up toilet paper in the pipe that goes to the main sewer pipe, he said it was an easy fix and gave me my quote. I am very very pleased with the fast response, the professionalism and the quality work of this business!!! Highly recommend them sing also recommend Alex!!! Thank you 🙏🏼

I broke a cartidge in my shower trying to replace it. The first company that came and looked at it said they'd have to cut into the drywall costing about $500, a second company i spoke to on the phone said the exact same thing but these guys show up and managed to remove the broken half and used the replacement I had already purchased and only charged me $100. Will definitely give these guys the first chance on any furher problems.

Tyler was great. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but he was honest about the situation. Instead of going for the worest case, he took care of the problem with minimal expense to me. This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.

Their office staff is so professional and kind, always knowing where we were in the project. They are a busy company but worth the wait.
They replaced our AC unit and we were very pleased. The office staff is knowledgeable and Isreal, their technician did a great job. We recommend them highly.

Tech was on time masked up and ready for my challenges. Social distance and was able to perform maintenance on the AC unit. He went beyond and checked inside and air flow at all registers. Verified system operations and made necessary adjustments. Both outside and inside my property. Tech was very detailed and professional. With an excellent attitude. Fantastic job all the way around. They were able to send someone out to my place day of....and that someone was amazing. DENNIS did an incredible job. Was extremely professional and courteous. Also happened to pull a massive cat-ball out of my drain, haha. Would highly recommend this company and Dennis, specifically!!

Active comes twice a year to check out my a/c heater. They always do a fine job.
