The technician goes to the property and just like the tenant is his body put me on the speaker without me knowing it. I made a comment and the tenant answered from the other side that it was not their fault. Then told me the hole systems needs to be change which was not true. The job was done with half price. Luckily I knew exactly what the problem was.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

These guys are nice, professional and do great work. My only problem was that he told me a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater or similar quality would be around $3000. I called another company and they are definitely a lot cheaper. I will not be using Bumble Breeze to replace my water heater.

Jose came out last Sunday to replace some old copper flex lines due to a hairpin leak in one of them. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call being place and was prompt and completed the job in no time at all! Had read prior reviews on him and felt like I had a superstar in my home to take care of the issue at hand !! Thanks again Jose for a job well ! Had a clogged drain called several companies they couldn't respond for several days. Then contacted Goettl they sent a technician within a few hours. Ronnie the technician was great professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had the repair done in reasonable time. And didn't say there were any upchargers. A great job done for a fair price. I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. Yesterday after 30 minutes trying to set an appointment. They did not show up today between 11 and 3 and never called. I tried calling them , the first time a lady answered said hold on a minute 30 minutes later I hung up, called back automated system picked up said I was number 2 waited for a while was switched to a voice mail, then called back same thing except the system hung up on my when I was number 1 in line, Called the warranty company and they got through after waiting over 5 minutes on hold and the lady Kalama said THERE WAS NO SUCH APPOINTMENT for me. The warranty company cancelled the request and has referred me to someone else since Ideal would not come out for 2 more days. I have to tell you to avoid using this company they are not customer friendly and frankly made me feel they did not need my business..
