Elite installed new air for us a couple of years ago and we were very impressed at that time. At the one year anniversary, Alan came and did the complementary summer check up. All is well. I told him this unit actually makes the farthest room cool which the old unit never had. Alan was very friendly, polite, and fast. We look forward to seeing him again in the late fall!10/14/22 We love that Elite calls to set up routine checks twice a year. It’s so nice to not have to rely on our own memories! We pay for 2 visits at a time - spring and fall - so this one was already covered. Nathan was wonderful!

Went in for a estimate on kitchen counter tops. And the lady who took care of us was absolutely amazing!!!! Her name is Edie, and she is the most helpful person. So, if you going to the home depot for kitchen counter tops, make sure you ask her for help 👍👍👍

Used their emergency services today due to an in unit water leak, and my goodness my stress and panic is completely gone! I have used Allstate's service twice, so far, and plan on using them again should the need arise. I first learned of them when I bought a garbage disposal and they were the contracted company who arrived to do the installation. I was happy enough with that quick and simple experience that when it came time to do a new toilet installation I simply called them directly. I received a quick turn around response time for both my email and phone messages. I was given a quote up front and that is how the quote remained through completion of the installation, as no serious hiccups or issues arised during either install. The technicians were very nice, professional, and quick.

I had Enrique Coronel come out to check our AC for a tune-up. He was super knowledgeable and was willing to check out every aspect of the system and explain what he was looking for. I learned a lot! I’d do 6 stars for Enrique if I could! He did the tune up and added refrigerant as well as explained ways to keep our system running well into the future. 🙌🏽 If you get a chance, ask for him!

I have use Active Plumbing for over 10 years and they are always very professional. Carl on dispatch was very courteous and promptly send TJ to fix my toilet. He was friendly and efficient and even drained my water heater! Great job! Thank U!

Myles was great. Showed up on time and finished the work sooner than I thought it would take. Called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and got same day service. Time it took from my initial call to completion of a water heater replacement was less than 4 hours.

Supper Happy! Preston did an awesome job, very professional and knowledgeable. His work was very clean. I recommend them 100%.
