What a day to experience a problem with your plumbing. We needed a plumber to come over quick to fix a pipe in our master bathroom. I called Elite and they said someone would be out in 30 minutes or less. They came quick and my bathroom is in working order again. Price seemed reasonable and I would recommend them to others.

They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.

Our technician, Johnathan, was exceptionally talented. He performed the install efficiently and quickly. We had a 95 year old woman that was sleeping in the adjacent bedroom and she was never disturbed dispute the fact that he had to break one of the floor bolts and the toilet in order to remove it. I give him 10 stars and highly recommend them.

I had called looking for a part to Perform a diy unit repair(not recommended, hire a professional) Carl had spoken to me about a number of different scenarios. But he had taken the time to actually try to help me vs the handful of other companies I had called, who essentially hung up on me. I know my unit is on its last leg and when I pull the trigger on one, I will be calling Carl at active due to the quality of customer service he provided. I couldn't thank him for appreciate him enough for the amount of information he provided for the impending day when I will need to get a new unit. I will choosing active to perform the task!!

We had Goettl install 2 new AC units last October, empty promises of being there when we need them. For one, the techs that came out left a mess outside & inside out bedroom, trash, etc. One of the closets had to have the wall mounted items removed and reinstalled after, which the repair guy they had come did a HORRIBLE JOB! They shelves ended up collaping and damaging some items. I tried calling Armando about this and the fact that our room was not cooling as promised, no call back. Didn't think much of it over the winter, now that it is higher Temps again, I called for maintenance, was told a higher price than what was quoted, a manager was supposed to call me to discuss issues, no call back. Scheduled maintenance from their service plan, was told a different date, somehow, over a month out. So much for being there!

Alex removed the parts in the to bring it in to make sure to replace the right model of 3 available. He returned in about 35 minutes and finished the installation. I asked him to check the irrigation system and the pool auto fill for leaks and he found the aut fill valve was leaking but I already had an appointment with a pool repair mechanic so Alex left after being paid. He was polite and professional and knowledgeable.

Technician Jeremy came out to my place and his customer service was next to none ! It’s hard to find service like that these days , and he had it . You guys sure did hire a winner !! 5 stars ⭐️!!!
