It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

They came to do the yearly tune up. After they were done the AC is no longer working. I called in to try and get the technician back and got the runaround. I got hung up on twice by their “customer service” professional named Andrew. We have had nothing but problems with this company. Do not ever use them for anything. The only reason we even had them come out is because we bought our AC unit from them and it has a lifetime warranty but only through them.

Bogdan was fantastic! Came right away, sold me a new furnace and installed it same day.

Tasks accomplished fine but overly pricey for 1-2 hours labor, and a brass nut. (From their prior 2016? installation of a mainline.)Remove meter from box remove and install new brass fitting to get water back on. $585.00I really like Pure Plumbing in the past, but possible franchising of their trucks to additional/newer plumbers may explain the expensive pricing.An attempt to negotiate lower amount didn't work...but job otherwise done fine.Could be better, could be worse. Don't price away existing loyal customers.

In 2018 our AC died. Best came over and in 1 day for we had a new AC and Furnace. We have their Cool Club. They come every 6 months to check the AC and Heating.We had a new toilet installed and new kitchen sink and faucet installed in 2021. He have had poor ventilation in a few rooms and dust build up. Rick Wilment came over and diagnosed the issue.Rick Wilment and his team installed our new Duct System. They did an excellent job. After install we now have great ventilation. I thought it was a bit pricy however after install we are now extremely stratified.I highly recommend Best AC and Plumbing.Best is truly the Best

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

They have a guy there that think no all and allhe doesis talks big game. I don't recommend this company. Seems worse service.
