Had Water Wise Plumbing replace my water pressure regulator. Had Miguel as my plumber awesome listen to my concerns and was able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issues. Their communication was excellent they notified me that he was on route by text, had time to do other things and did not have to be home and wait for them to arrive. I would recommend based on my experience with them.

Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.
