Henderson Water Heater Repair

Referred by several of our neighbors in Seven Hills that this is the go-to company for any hot water heater repairs, installing, etc. Guess it was our turn to test them out unfortunately but they did not disappoint. Great job guys

The guys were great, they were on time and worked hard on the first day of that crazy henderson HEAT in highland hills. They showed me all the equipment, even exchanged our water heater for a brand we preferred, went over how the equipment works, and cleaned up very nicely. They were very helpful in answering questions and providing additional information.

managed to catch their tech gasing up the van and was able to sneak in a last minute appointment to fix our water heater that was acting up, n after switching out the corroded anode rod for a new one, our water heater worked like a charm again -LUCKY

I was thankful to have then come over to give me a bid for an efficient water heater. The price was 1k less than a competitor who was selling inferior tanks! The crew installed it all in one morning.. nice, knowledgeable, and used clean language around my kids and wife. They cleaned up pretty well after an incredibly long morning that they had already doing another job by Chimera Golf Club. Now we have comfortable showers and heavy energy savings. I happened to call them for an estimate to replace our old water heater after hearing about them from another neighbor here in Townsite (Henderson guys, come on). They offered to come out to do the replacement the next day. Their price was very competitive and my research showed they use a high quality product. The water heater technician were prompt and courteous. After the installation, the tech gave me a rundown on what to do to maintain the water heater and said they would follow up with annual maintenance emails to remind us. I've never had a water heater installer do this before. All-in-all, a great experience.

i was so surprised when my hubby texted that they already finished installing our water heater! They came when we were leaving to our boy's game at Foothill High School and it was still the first half when they finished, so the hubby was able to catch the second half which we didn't expect =)

it seems like plumbing companies are always back logged when it comes to servicing people in henderson but you were able to come to fix our water heater the same day we called so thank you so much

Did a drain and flush on our water heater twice now without issue. When we need to replace ours we will definitely call you to take care of that

we had what we thought was a pretty bad leak from our hot water tank but thankfully they were able to just do a simple repair...phew

They've been taking care of anything tied to water heaters for pretty much everyone we know in Black Mountain. They recently replaced and installed our Rheem tank with ease. Strongly recommend to anyone in the valley.

I had just purchased a new home in Black Mountain, Henderson...just to find out the water heater was leaking and barely heating! Not only did these guys take my call after 6PM, they had 2 great guys at my doorstep the next morning. They did a complete replacement and had to bring things up to code. They were kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. You can find a generalist in plumbing or actual water heater SPECIALISTS like these guys

we tried calling yes plumbing & pure plumbing but nobody was able to come out to repair our water heater leak the same day.. these guys answer their phone, no fancy hold times, and gave an honest quote. Often times these smaller companies do much better jobs because you're not just another number. We are happy to help out local businesses in Henderson as well =]
