Best Cooling System in Henderson NV

My rental had a leak under the slab. They reran pipes from outside up above the ceiling to the garage. That was a year ago and then they came out to give us a free maintenance service this year.

Shawn came to my house to do an energy audit. He took his time and explained everything. He was very professional and was willing to explain anything that I didnt understand. He gave me several ideas on how to improve the energy usage of my home. I was very pleased with his knowledge (He is BPI certified). If I could get him to do the yearly service on my furnace / air conditioner I would sign a long term contract.

They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.

Very professional installation of ductless mini-split for garage. Also had them inspect central AC units for main home and they showed very detailed diagnostics.

No day is ever good to have a plumbing issue, BUT this one was horrible. Flooded my whole downstairs bathroom. After dealing with my home warranty company and getting the run around I called Active Plumbing. I wasn't going to be home until after 6pm and the plumber Chris said it was no problem coming out late. He explained the issue and gave me several different options to resolve my issue. He stayed until almost 9pm making sure the job was complete. If you have plumbing issues, Active is the only call you need to make.

I have used this company several times for different things, and would recommend them to everyone. Bill is usually our guy, and he's been very helpful getting us thru some tough situations. Recently had a new a.c unit installed, and after checking around they were also offering a much better price than other companies in town. The house feels great. Thanks again for everything!

Great prices and fast service. They were able to come and fix an emergency leak the same day. While they were here they repaired a sink drain as well. I will use them again for sure.

I had a new hot water heater installed through Pure Plumbing. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Michael Day, the plumber from Pure came at the designated time, assessed the problem, spent 2 hours hunting down the proper replacement hot water heater and spent almost the entire day replacing my old one. He was diligent and pleasant and very very hard working. It was a tough job, but he got it done.I would definitely call Pure Plumbing again if I have any other plumbing problems in the future.

Had some issues with my AC not cooling properly in some rooms. So I scheduled BEST Air Conditioning and Plumbing. The tech they sent out was Alex. He was friendly and knowledgeable, not only did he take his time trying to diagnose the issue he suggested numerous options and stated which one will work best. Overall I'm happy with the service and knowledge that was provided by Alex I'd definitely recommend and use his service again. Thanks BEST Air

The company was nice, but the technician was lazy/not capable.This was for a home warranty insurance claim; The technician came to look at my water softener and all he did was test my water. He confirmed that I had Hard water and said my unit must be working.I explained that I have not added more salt to the unit for 5 months and the salt I put in 5 months ago was still there.1. anyone with a water softener knows that for one it should soften your water so it is not Hard.2. you should have to add at least 1 bag of salt a month at a minimum.I would recommend going somewhere elseI have to now get a second opinion so my insurance will take my claim seriously

Representive was very professional and helpful explaining water testing.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

So I use Butlers Constructions through my property management and they are so amazing, Kenny and Dahlia both are very prompt too and work so diligently.
