I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were confident fix the problem quickly at a significantly lower rate than the competitor.

We cannot say enough about our technician Ryan Shaffer. He was personable, punctual & answered any questions we had. He had the humility & integrity to call his supervisor for help with some issues he came across with our system.
Also, I had spoken to Sarah & Emmy in the office. They actively listened & answered any questions & I concerns I had before our technician came to our home.
Just as important, there were no hidden fees or costs.
We will definitely use Ambient Edge for all our heating & cooling needs.

Below is the post I made with respect to the Aprilaire humidifier installed in 2018. Due to to the pandemic our property has been unoccupied since March of 2020. On return in the fall of 2021 we scheduled a general service with CCE and discovered that they no longer service the Aprilaire unit that they had installed three years ago. We have previously received good service from these people but I am disappointed that they can't service equipment that they themselves installed three short years ago.The Aprilaire humidifier that Climate Control installed November 2018 failed to start when we returned to Las Vegas this winter. Patrick found the problem to be an electrical relay that energized the humidifier when the thermostat called for humidification. He replaced the relay and the system worked as expected. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to return to Las Vegas within the one year warranty period but since this was the first season cycle, Climate Control replaced the relay under warranty. We are grateful for their prompt response and consideration of our circumstances.

Angel arrived half an hour early and finished the job in less time than estimated. He was very knowledgeable with my plumbing problem, letting me know best case scenario and worst case. I high recommend him for any of your plumbing concerns.

Company is rude and unprofessional, after coming out to my house to take pictures of what needs to be fixed (water heater leaking) after the plumber left we now have no water 💧 m the whole house.
