Have had many, many excellent services from Home Depot Store #3302. From Pro Installers to Warehouse Employees, no one can top this team of professionals. It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

Our technician was Mason! When I tell you this guy knows his stuff and is UBER professional I’m not kidding ! He spent time on my AC units and gave me a real sense of what needed to be done and what could wait!! I have never said I want one person to be my technician permanently but I’ve now put in my notes it’s Mason or no one! Thanks for taking care of us man!

Vladimir was excellent. Did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and was a perfectionist. Explained everything to me. His work was superb and he cleaned up everything after installing Hot Water Heater. I will only use this plumbing service in the future. Vladimir was very honest.

Oh my gosh my whole house was backed up. And Levi came to the rescue explaining everything to me. Helping me resolve the issue and then also gave me further knowledge on how to care for my piping. And some stuff to look for and things I may need to do in the future. He was super and helpful and friendly and even really kind when my little daughter showed up super curious what was going on! I was really upset we had to call the plumber but I am really grateful that we called air conditioning and plumbing and Levi came out to help us!

Best company ever! Super essential. If you need any of the basic services like plumbing, electrical or cooling and heating give them a call. Doing a remodel? They do that too. Redesign, additions, pretty much anything you can dream up to have done at your casa!

Took advantage of their $69 tune up! Tech shows up he asks if I want to go up on the roof. I did. He used the amprobe on compressor, tested thecondenser capacitor also. Told me they're both likely on their last legs. I mentioned I thought the condensate line seemed clogged. He said I could go and buy an air pump, try and blow it out. He then said he had one in the truck but it probably wouldn't work anyway. He did take the side panel off to look at the location of the drain. Said too hard to get to. Probably right. So much for that. Do it myself. He didn't do anything else. No coil cleaning, no real inspection. He pointed out my neighbors newer unit, said tranes now made in Mexico and if he needs parts he's in a world of hurt. He was trying to sell me a new unit the whole time, I understand that. But if they advertise a tune-up they should do more than use an amprobe. I called yes and asked what a tune-up typically involves. She read off a long list. The tech did none of that. He did try to sell me a compressor at $3202.00. The unit is 26 years old but work's fine by the way. The girl at the office offered to send a different tech out the following day (today). I asked him if he was aware or yesterday's experience. He wasn't so I explained what the other tech did. He said yeah that's pretty much what we do. I told him I called the office and asked and she read off a long list. It was obvious, here we go again. These techs do make commission I understand that but maybe actually do something for the 69. Lol. I told the tech he may as well leave. I called yes and told them what I thought about my $69 we really don't want to do anything but sell parts or new units visit.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
