Best Air Conditioning Systems in Henderson NV

Jairo educated me on my heating system. A few rooms get really warm when the heating system heats to my desired temperature. I was told closing vents to redirect the heat is not good for the health of my system and could in fact harm it. He gave me 2 other choices. Thank you Jairo!

So my kitchen sink was clogged. I only reason I tought of them is because I always hear there commercials driving to work. So I call them for my kitchen sink...two young guys show up look at my sink and say they will charge me 245 dollars to fix my P trap in my sink... I say no because I felt it was a little high and resheduled for tomorrow to think about it...so I go on YouTube find the problem ..and use my same P trap pipe put everything back together and it's been running fine. Now you're telling those guys couldn't look at the p trap pipe and tell me the thing was just loose and I didn't need a new one!??... they were going to charge me 245 dollars for something I did with one hand...now I'm even mad they got 50 bucks outta me just to come out . Stop over charging and be honest people work hard for every dollar they have and the least you can do is be honest so I will call on you tube next time before I call anybody👎

I’ve used Bumble Breeze twice now and I cannot say enough good things from the company’s responsiveness, professional, reasonable quotes and overall service. The technicians definitely know what they are doing and I do not believe they are trying to “sell” you any additional services or parts that may not be needed!

Be aware! I had called to have my water dispenser removed. I had the components disconnected from underneath but did not have the proper tools to take off the spout. Talked to Carl and told him exactly what needed to be done. He quoted a price of $19.95. I was pleased with their honest and fair approach; nevertheless, I asked him twice more if that's going to be the total cost with no surprises when his rep showed up? He confirmed and reassured me 'that's not the way they operate'. The rep showed up on time and took a look.
Rep: It'll cost you $176
Me: But I told Carl the exact situation and was quoted $19.95 total
Rep: Ma'am, that's just for my trip, my time and my gas
Me: That's why I asked and confirmed with him 3 times
Rep: Ma'am, it'll be $176! Do you want it done or not?
Me: There must be a mistake, let me call Carl.
Carl: I said no such thing...

I hate to give a one star review but the professionalism of one of your employees really upset me. The confidentiality of your clients and should be priority as well, when you have an employee telling other business about other clients and causing drama this makes your company look bad and less referrals.

The technician was very negative and was not helpful at all . I think this company is a joke. If you want to get reamed go with this company.

Serviceman was prompt and very polite. Hs fixed the problem in a short period of time and did a excellent job.

THE most honest technician I have ever met in years. He could have charged me a svc fe and told me anything to make money on a job. But this angel came here and explained the hows and whys of my system and that it works fine.. it's only the low temps that are causing the problem. As soon as it was warmer outside, the heat started working fine. I will call on Yes! If there is ever an issue!!! Thanks guys!

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
