Jaime Diaz showed up a little early and got right to work - totally protecting walls and carpet from any damage. He was quick and efficient rebuilding the wall and replacing the door on the A/C closet. He textured and painted. His clean-up was impeccable. This guy is a true asset to Fetch-A-Tech. If I could, I would give him 10 STARS!!! Thanks Jaime

On August 15th, my wife and I awoke to find no air conditioning on the first floor of our home. With the temperature projected to reach 108 that day, I called Alaskan Air at 8:00 AM hoping to find someone in the office. To my surprise, Patty answered and upon learning that we are on an annual maintenance plan with Alaskan Air she said that she would have a technician dispatched within the hour…another surprise! The technician (Marcel) arrive within 45 minutes……another surprise! Marcel confirmed our fears….one of our 15 year old heat pumps was beyond repair……not a surprise, because Alaskan Air had provided a warning previously.

After checking the Alaskan work schedule with Patty, Marcel said they could replace our entire system that day…..another surprise! By noon, a crew of five technicians (Omar, Armondo, Jason, Alex, and Jamie) arrived with all the components for our new system. For six hours, they worked as a well-coordinated team (without a break) in 106-degree heat to complete the installation. By 6 PM our new Lennox HVAC system was cooling our home……a final, and very pleasant, surprise!

Every Alaskan Air employee in the chain of events that resulted in the installation of our new Lennox HVAC system was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and sensitive to our comfort and convenience. We are pleased to have been treated as such valued customers.

The ownership of Alaskan Air deserves credit for having assembled such a well-trained and service-oriented team. They should be very proud of the team that came to our rescue.

From my first contact with Kelly to Jacob and his crew, their business name, Superior, says it all. Every one I dealt with was professional, courteous, timely, tidy, and did exactly what and when they proposed. Looking at this front yard, the moment they pulled away, you would never know the huge excavation job that they completed in 115 degree heat to correct the leak in the water main. The chandelier in my dining room was making a loud buzzing sound so I had Ideal Services come to my house and fix the problem. Not only did Steven analyze and fix the problem quickly and efficiently, he was very nice and courteous. I will definitely call Steven from Ideal Services again if I have any more electric problems in my house! Thank you.

We woke up Saturday morning to non of the toilets in my house working and the bathroom sinks slowly draining. We were already replacing a toilet that day so I rented a snake and ran it through without any luck. I was just going off of a video so I’m sure I was doing something wrong. I’m a single mom of 3 though so I really don’t have the money to throw at a plumber. I called 4-5 plumbing companies and no one could get anyone out to me. Finally I called Yes air conditioning and plumbing, they said it would be a few hours but I’ll take it. They ended up calling 30 minutes later saying a tech could be on the way. Kyle(I’m sorry, I did not look at his last name) arrived at my house not long after and got to work bye was absolutely amazing! I never know what to do when a tech comes to my house so I followed him and he didn’t seem to mind at all, instead he showed me what he was doing and explained how everything worked with my plumbing. After a lot of hard work on his part the drain was cleared. He recommended having them come back with a camera since my pipes are so rusted and we have no idea what blocked it so I scheduled that and requested that he comes with. Since I couldn’t get any other plumbers out I can’t tell you if it was a good price or not but the service was great and Kyle was very personable!

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
