Mason was on time and did an inspection on our air conditioning system. Showed us the pictures and detailed list of what he found wrong. Very professional all the way.

If this rating has 6 stars I would definitely use them. I called Sunny plumbing because my shower faucet broke and Sunny plumbing responded. The technician Sidney was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond conductibg his work as well as with replacing the valve, pipe, faucets in the shower. I would most definitely recommend Sunny plumbing. Thank you.

UPDATE: 10/15/2022I’m updating this review to say they have called and took accountability for not being responsive when I left a message. They have addressed all my questions and concerns and were apologetic. I spoke to Art and he has gone above and beyond to try to make it right again. I am appreciative for the help they have offered and look forward to being a longtime customer.I called Monday morning very early about 7am because my water heater was leaking. I asked for someone to call back with quotes and getting a tech over. I mentioned it was urgent. Today is Wednesday and I never received a call back. Horrible lack of communication.

Liked the web ad and phoned them believing that I had a serious leak in my 12 year old water heater. Chris arrived in less than one hour and made a quick assessment. My water heater was OK but I had a leak in another water line. He fixed it in short order and presented me with a very fair bill. He could of easily sold me a new heater, but instead did the right thing. When my old heater fails I will surely call this company. I greatly appreciate their HONESTY!!

the company was here early to replace the main shut off valve to the house .Franscisco did the work . He was very polite and courteous.he did a good job in a timely manner.

Have used with good experience in the past. However today needed new garbage disposal. A garbage disposal costs about $100. This company wanted $700 with installation. They could have told me that over the phone rather than come out and charge me$50 to tell me about their grossly inflated pricing. Run away folks...

Had my water main break. They came out we're very nice and professional. The guy looked all over for my shut off valve to my house which we found out I didn't have one just the valve in the sidewalk. So he gave me a reasonable estimate for the new line and to add a shut off valve to it. Had his people there two days later had it dug out and changed that day. Just had to wait for inspection so they could Burry it back up which was the next business day. they really did a great job cleaned up the mess and I can't even see where they dug up my yard.

If you want the best plumber in Vegas who can do a perfect repair, try Carl Rowe, a Sr Tech at Ideal Services. I had problems and went through 3 plumbers, then had the good luck to have Carl and since he knows his business, he did the perfect job!
