We had Williams come out last fall to diagnose and repair a heat pump. They charged for a 'leak test' in addition to the initial diagnostic charge ($175 total for a 'diagnosis'), and in the end were unable to make a definitive diagnosis. Instead of the diagnosis we paid for, they quoted a full system replacement and told us there were no other reasonable options but to replace the system. This full size heat pump was servicing a 300 square foot area. I asked them if there was a more economical way to heat/cool that space. The technician said no, there wasn't. I used an old $40 space heater all winter, and it was fine on the coldest nights. It was just unpleasant coming home to a cold space every day since I didn't want to leave the space heater on all day. I called another company this week, and the problem turned out to be a very simple, inexpensive one, and the person who came to our place commented before he diagnosed the problem that the unit was overkill for such a small space and if we needed to replace it, he would recommend something more economical He also told us that despite the age of the unit, it was in great shape and with the small service area, replacement would not be wise. Williams mislead us about the price of the diagnosis, did not deliver a proper diagnosis and was not able to advise us of a reasonably economical solution to our problem. They either had a skill problem or were simply trying to upsell us.

Were affordable, friendly, and responsive. I had some follow up issues and they made a point to come back promptly and guarentee their service. Have and will use them again.

Great people and great service but prices are insanely high. Getting a ceiling fan installed (that I had already bought) was $400 (just one example). Thats $250 more than average. Would love to have Brandon back out to help us but we’re not going to pay for executive bonuses. Get back down to earth.

Excellent service. Super nice. Everything was explained step by step. It's great to have water pressure again thanks to TW Stanley and Son. Came out on a Saturday morning and in less than 3 hours everything was working perfectly!!! Replacement parts were better quality and sturdier than what we had before and I don't think we will ever have another problem with our well, but if we do, I know who we will call! Highly recommend.

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.
