Aaron from Edwards Plumbing was awesome. His work was first rate and he is easy to work with and fair. I was so pleased with him, that I have asked him to do another job for me.

I used Fiori Plumbing once for a garden faucet replacement. Based on that good experience I called him back when my garbage disposal failed. He essentially fixed it over the phone - gave me a couple things to try before making the trip and charging me for a really simple fix. Thanks John!

I spoke with the company on a Friday and they were out ready to fix on Tuesday. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem, gave me a quote on the spot. Within an hour he had the parts, (old system and had to go get the correct replacement), and just like that, no more leaks....I know it's tough to pick a good contractor these days, that's my job at a local university. But I will without any reservations recommend them for your next job. Local and honest....works for me.

My air conditioner digital thermostat needed replacing, which he did in a timely manner. Even took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Extremely impressed, won't call anyone else.

Technician Rey took advantage of my urgent repair need and hit me with excessive, bogus charges that he could only defend by saying, that's just what we charge.

Ok so I'm buying a new house and the well has issues so I figured free quotes they came out looked for 10 min charged me $70 and then tried to charge me almost $600 to do what me and my husband did in 10 min with no tools no parts just our backs needless to say will NEVER be calling this company agian

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. The Plumbing Firm did a fantastic job installing our dishwasher, and fixing a few other plumbing issues related to the dishwasher and sink. Very responsive, very professional. We live in Sparta and they were here on time (or earlier) each time we needed them (almost like they have a location here in Sparta)! Highly recommended.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Did not leave a receipt or leave a card , I’m not even sure if the problem was what he said .No proof of damage breaker switch …. Just no trust in what issue was . Un easy feeling
