The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Wonderful customer service from everyone involved. They are the only company I’ve used in awhile that’s reliable and trustworthy. They go out of their way to help. I have recently found out that customer service, ease of scheduling an appointment, and dependability is not the number one priority of a lot of companies out there. I had a problem with my well at 9:30 p.m. I had no water coming into my home that was less than 3 years old. I called TWS after 10:00 p.m. and was surprised they picked up the phone. At this point, I assumed that the well pump had gone bad. Also, I called my home builder the next morning to see if I could get it covered under warranty, and they were of little or no help. The original installer said that they will cover the pump but not the labor, or the service call, or anything else that was outside the issue with the actual pump. Teal and Trey from TWS came to my home the following day. I thought for sure that I was going to need a new well pump. It turns out that it was just a broken wire, due to an improper installation from the original installer from the home builder. These guys are very honest and really take pride in the work that they perform. They showed me exactly the poor job that was done by the original builder and showed how they corrected the installation to make it better. Best of all, repairing the wire was only a fraction of the cost of a new pump. I now recommend TWS to others in my neighborhood, since it will be a matter of time before they experience the same issue due to poor installations from the home builder.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
