The business is run on incompetence with absolutely rude service. Their pricing is ridiculous, they will constantly lie to you, and their work is mediocre at best. Stay far away, not worth wasting your time with people who don't care about yours.

Saved me the expense of replacing my unit by accurately diagnosing the problem and repairing it. As a result I signed up for their semi annual checks. Every time a technician comes to the house they take the time to explain current or potential issues and answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend.

Buddy called 10 mins before arrival. He was professional and knowledgeable. I had a toilet that leaked into the basement after flushing. He had to replace the wax ring under the toilet and it took less than 30 mins. He made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done. This is my first time using these guys, and I will use them again for plumbing service.

TW Stanley was able to replace my well pump when I called with a last minute issue. Luckily they were able to fit me in their schedule that same day. They came to my house, were very professional and overly kind. He explained to me what was going on and what his plan was to fix it, and did a great job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call them with any other issues in the future. They used high quality products so I know the work they did will last. I made an appointment for there AC check special. This is there way of trying to get you to buy a new system. Got a second opinion and all I needed was freon. Basically the service guy will pull up your property and try to sell you a unit claiming that your unit is out of date. Call someone else!!! Look up there poor reviews on Yelp😉

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
