We have used Williams for 14 years and they have always been great. During a four-day downpour in May, our basement flooded big-time for the first time. Everything that was down there was ruined. We had to get a basement company to completely seal our 92 year-old home including digging a french drain along the perimeter, sump pump, and dehumidifier. It was an unexpected very expensive job and very stressful during a pandemic. Unfortunately, we had to get the new HVAC moved to the center of the room (that Williams installed in August) moved to the center of the room along with the gas hot water heater. Williams was ALWAYS working with us throughout the entire process (including moving out an old boiler, finding rusted pipes and replacing them, and putting in new pipes and a vent for a new washer and dryer). They coordinated perfectly with the basement company and we never had to wait for them as they came the day before the basement company was starting the job and came the day after they finished. All staff was available for all my calls, which were plenty, including Lisa, Lynn, and a new office person (I wish I had her name!). This is the third big job they have completed for us and we have never been disappointed. They go beyond our expectations and really know what they are doing. VERY professional and caring.Sometimes I hear that they are a little more expensive than other companies but they are worth the money because we never have to worry about the job not being done right. They ALL came in protected, with masks, booties, and gloves and never took them off and kept a safe distance which was very important to us. We would like to thank everyone involved by name and tell them how much we appreciated everything they did: Dan the owner (was very involved and came several times he helped with the HVAC system), and definitely the workers, Sebastian, Bill, and Brad. My yard was flooded and the sound of gushing water was heard in my crawl space. What a morning and the plumber I usually call couldn't get to my problem until after 5 at overtime rates. I decided to just Google it and landed on Affordable Plumbing. These two gentlemen, Mike and Joseph, were so nice and accommodating. They returned my calls promptly and came out that morning. There was 8 inches of standing water in the crawl space and Joseph was willing to risk going under there near the electrical fixtures and fix the problem which was three leaks in my old copper pipes. All the while they both were friendly and informative as the project progressed. Mike gave me an affordable price for all the work they did and the job is holding up nicely a week later. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and hope you will be as satisfied with the service as I was.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable about well systems. I called late Saturday night and they arrived Sunday morning to replace my tank and restored my water.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

My well pump stopped working. Called these people and they were here in minutes. On a Sunday afternoon too! They had my well working in 2 hrs. They are nice, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend!
