Called Jay to get a quote for install of new hot water heater, and instead of providing quote FIRST, he started work (without permission) draining old water heater. When I called him back (again) to get an estimate, he quoted 80% more than nearby plumber.
When he asked me if he could charge me a service call for work already begun (but never authorized), I answered 'no' and he hung up on me & left my tenant with no hot water.
Also, my tenant said he was rude to her in-person. Would NOT recommend!

very unprofessional personnel and they do not know what to do. first they told me the compressor in my heater needs to be replace cost $1500 and then they told me another parts needs to be replace which cost another $1000. I decided to not fix it. they damaged all the heater unit which now cost $3000. I recommend not to trust these people.

Brandon did an excellent job doing a comprehensive inspection of all the plumbing in the house. He then put together 5 different options,( based on budget) to help put a plan into place to repair and upgrade all of our plumbing.

About mid morning, went to the kitchen sink to wash out some dishes. Absolutely no water! I had used the water several times already that day. I called T.W. and he said he was working at another job and would see me in about two hours. He was true to his word. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, made all the needed repairs in about three hours and water was restored. Absolutely awesome job in a very short time. We thought we would be using bottled water for several days, but it was all done the same day. We would definitely recommend T.W. and his crew anytime.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

He came last year to fix loose kitchen faucet and removed adhesive so a year later it is loose again. I have called and left 4 messages but he won't return phone calls. He also won't return phone calls to a friend who he had previously helped. I will have to call another plumber to fix the issue he created and I advise others to do the same.

He quickly sized up the situation, got the proper receptacle and installed it making sure that our range would slide all the way into the opening without hitting the receptacle.
