I used Fiori Plumbing once for a garden faucet replacement. Based on that good experience I called him back when my garbage disposal failed. He essentially fixed it over the phone - gave me a couple things to try before making the trip and charging me for a really simple fix. Thanks John!

Thankful and pleased that we called Williams Plumbing Heating and Air for our A/C problem. Tommy explained everything that was happening with the A/C unit, and would not leave until the problem was fixed. Will definitely be using this company again if needed!

Had my old system replaced with a new one through homedepot and i must say that ARS/ Rescue Rooter did a Fantastic job on the installation process. They even sent out an repair man to do some minor repairs on the access panel that was slightly blemished from the installation. Very Satisfied Customer

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Technician put in an incorrect part which caused months of water damage. When found, the same technician admitted this was their fault, wrong part was used. Management, out of fear of getting sued I suppose, refuses to acknowledge this and will not return phone calls and closed out the ticket. 3 other plumbers all agree, wrong part was used. I would be within my rights to sue for the thousands in damage that was caused, but all I wanted was the problem to be fixed....but they are ignoring me now. DO NOT USE THEM, do yourself a favor and find someone else. If the owner replies to this post with a lighthearted reply, don't believe it! If they are able to make it right I will remove this post. If my post is still here, don't believe anything they reply with, Google won't allow replies to owner replies.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Could not have more pleased with Jeronimo and Alvraz. Efficient , prompt and courteous. Had a copper pipe leak in the basement on Sunday. Had to turn the water off to the house. Called other Plumbing companies first thing Monday morning no one could come until Wednesday. The I remembered your radio commercial so I called at 8:45 AM and by 10:45 AM it was repaired and water back on. That’s how you gain and maintain customers. Excellent customer service. I will gladly endorse your company to other prospective customers.
