Brandon was here exactly when he told me he would be. Confirmed my problem and gave me several options to choose from in order to fix my problem. He fixed my toilet quickly and efficiently! Throughout it all he was kind and cheerful even though it was a Saturday morning! All of my experiences with Brandon and Master Plumbers have been good ones!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

We went on line to have a Tesla charger installed. In less than 24 hours Chris Sampson had contacted us and scheduled the appointment to survey the Job. He was on time for the appointment and made some recommendations for our future power requirements. We made the appointment for the install to move forward and Joey and Chris Long came out to do the install. Both electricians came in with a Outstanding attitudes and were able to accomplish the job within 6 hours, the city inspection went great the next day they came out and completed the wall repair as if the wall was never opened. The install Team are 5 Star Electricians. We thank Custom Electric for the 5 Star Service.

My husband and I CAN NOT THANK YOU enough for standing behind your work from 8/2020. Due to lost information, we called Blaze Air & Plumbing when our water was out and didn't know why. The tech for Blaze said it hated BOTH our well pump and Bladder tank HAD to be replaced which would have cost us almost $7000.00! When I found you on Google, we spoke about the costs with Blaze, and you stood behind your work from 8/2020, and VOLUNTEERED your assessment THE NEXT DAY! You found a damaged wire on the pump, fixed it and we had limited access to water immediately due to the damaged Bladder tank. The pump is FINE and BLAZE LIED. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. This business has a great reputation that is well earned. They have been to our house for repairs to our toilet and to our bathroom sink. They are professional and always take precautions to keep your floors protected by wearing booties over their shoes. Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. We have recommended their company to family and friends.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
