Aaron from Edwards Plumbing was awesome. His work was first rate and he is easy to work with and fair. I was so pleased with him, that I have asked him to do another job for me.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Called for after hour service busted hot water line was told didn't have plumber and be next Tuesday before they could service home. We have 4 small children and needed service asap..based on commercial and reviews thought we found someone to come out .not the case ..very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend if you have emergency cause didn't help us at all..not grandmother approved

Out of the blue, we had no water. We called T.W. Stanley & Son at around 1:15 pm. They finished the job they were working on and arrived at our home around 3:30 pm. They installed new well piping and a new well pump and we had water before 6:00pm. You can't ask for a quicker response or better service than that!
