Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

I am the office manager of Studio J Dance Center in Asheboro, and we found ourselves in a pickle days before our fall classes are scheduled to start. We called Jay Carroll, and he graciously went above and beyond to ensure that our first day will go smoothly. Great first meeting, I explained what I needed in detail, Mike and I seemed to be on the same page. He returned to me next day, I was expecting a proposal detailing the materials and labor costs for my requests. Instead I got a sales pitch for something I did not request, and no proposal for the work I had requested. Mike needs training.

During some heat /ac work at our house, an electrician moved some breakers and such in our elec panel to accomodate the new set up. Suddenly our well pump would not kick on and we had no water... noone seemed to be able to figure out why and suggested that our well might be the problem. With a heavy heart and almost panic, I called T.W. Stanley since he was the installer of our well several years ago and told him what was taking place. He came out within 2 hours and was able to determine within about 10 minutes that the pump was not getting enough voltage or proper power, most likely due to a problem with the main power breaker panel. He assured me that our submersible pump was most likely just fine and that alleviated most of the immediate worry! It also allowed us to get the elec panel guy back out to track down the breaker issue and we had water before the days end, Not only did TW Stanley stand behind the products he sold us several years ago, he also came to our rescue and trouble shot the cause, which noone else had been able to find over 2 days !!! Kind service, great help, timely response and super guys! Thank you AGAIN . Great service is most appreciated !!!
