After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. We had a sudden need of plumbing work due to a leak, and it was a Saturday. I called CoreTech and Austin was available and arrived at our house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new ice-maker valve within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable, and he was a pleasure to work with. I'll be using CoreTech from now on for plumbing needs - couldn't have been happier at their responsiveness and customer service.

I was a customer of CFW before they went out of business, I had tried to call them to change my contact information. I got no response. Water improvement technologies didn't reach out to me when they bought the customer list. I had to reach out to my finance company to get their number. One good thing is Spencer allowed me to split my payment in half, but I noticed a double pending charge on my bank account. Does anyone know whom to contact about cfw going out of business without telling their customers, and leaving everyone to still pay for the water systems?

After months and months of another “cheaper” company coming several times since April, I called these guys for help! My tech Tommy Morgan was early and efficient!! He listened to what we were trying to get “the other guys” to understand but they just kept putting refrigerant back in just for the same problem to arise two weeks later! Tommy came he found the leak quick and was one of the most knowledgeable techs I’ve ever dealt with! They forever have our business!! My ac broke down last tuesday August 23, 2022 and I contacted them at 130 am and actually spoke with someone, they came out ahead if schedule that day diagnosed the problem and got the ball rolling. I have called for two days 8/29/2022 and 8/30/2022...... the first day was told my part wasn't even ordered yet.......what I am sitting in a house in NC with no ac and it's sweltering......who has money to throw away on a hotel room. To keep cool......was also told someone from service would call me back.....guess what....nothing. so called again o. 8/30/2022 twice was told the same thing....someone would call me back.....nothing.......they are probably in their AC Office and homes not worrying about the heat......it amazes me how fast they came out when I needed a new unit but in but after paying 12000 for a new unit, how they can't even pick up the phone to return a call when a customer is sweating because of no AC.......am considering another company for my service contract next year. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.
