Okay- I am updating my review of these guys. The problems we had were with Chip, one of the partners of the business. That bad impression has, unfortunately, not changed.

However, Mike the other partner has come through for us and been very accommodating and professional in resolving this matter so I have revised my stars and comments to be more positive. I'd say if you are dealing with Mike, he has been a stand up guy.

William and his partner was on time and got the job done fast and right.I highly recommend there service and will definitely be my go to company for any future services I need.

I'm an employee of Hall Tire and was in need of immediate assistance and Teal (Owner) came out after hours at no additional charge and worked until 9pm to rectify the situation. He and his grandson were very professional and polite and made sure that I understood what they were doing and why. I would definitely use them again.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. The technician arrived on time in order to inspect my HAVC system. He was polite, neatly dressed and wore shoe protection as a means to protect my floors. He answered all pertinent questions regarding the operation of my unit. I would not hesitate to invite ARS/Rescue Rooter back into my home.

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.
