Upon the recommendation of a tech while on a maintenance visit, they sold us a $2k system that would replace the Iron Boss filtration system and take away the clay sediment! They suggested we install the Rain Soft system. THIS DID NOT WORK!!!They took our money and we still have clay in our water. When we called up to speak with management, they offered to install a simple water filtration system where we would have to change out the filter much like before the Rain soft was installed. Basically, going back to a filtration system like the Iron Boss. Be cautious when this company ‘makes suggestions’ to alter your system. They will take your money but if there is a problem, they will not offer an equitable solution, instead they will recommend you spend more money to fix the original issue!!!! Do your research!!!!!!

Tommy and Nolan are 1st Rate!Early review on maintenance service over the past 2 years and I have had Tommy and Nolan come out both times. These gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My unit is over 20 years old (HVAC) and I was trying to keep is going as long as I could while maintaining efficiency. Today, however, after a few (more) minor deficiencies I decided that with the rising cost of natural gas and product (IMO, thanks Brandon) it was time to bite the bullet and replace the system.Tommy quoted me what I needed w/ what I wanted in a new system and the pricing was deemed fair. With rising cost of everything and mortgage rates I plan to be my current home another 15 years and hopefully will recoup some expense with a new system. The installer is coming in the near future which I will update the post but for those looking at HVAC repair, Tommy and Nolan are my trusted technicians.They are a BIG part of why I am a Williams Customer!! 😄

I am impressed to know that there is a company like this in business. When I called someone answered the phone, I didn’t have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back, which I’m still waiting on companies to call back after the job was taken care of by Teal and Trey. They were prompt and friendly, even more than that they were equipped to do the job on the spot. In my opinion this is a flash back company the kind that made America great and keeping it that way. Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

We just spent 19,000 on a new heat/ac unit one month ago. We already have had two issues. First, the thermostat broke? Brand new. Now, it’s 59 degrees inside my house and the heat is blowing cold air! We called ars and they said they were going to come take a look today Sunday from 11-1pm window. They called me at 10:20 while I was busy outside doing something and I called them back 20 min later and they called cancelling our appointment because we didn’t answer the phone!! The correct thing to do was to come to our house and knock on the door like a regular company. Ars is so unorganized and now we have to freeze to death another day. They are quick to sell you services but have excuses to come fix the issues.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!
