Absolutely awful business. I have worked with all sorts of different companies that will come in, charge a tech fee, and a few for parts and whatever other services provided. But, if those parts dont work, or if the problem wasn't solved, those companies would send someone out to fix the issue without charging you for the tech when it was something they missed/messed up. This company charges you $250 to diagnose the problem, then will charge you AGAIN to come fix it, plus the cost of materials. At this point ive paid almost the same amount as i did to have it installed.

I'm SOOO glad I gave this company a call about our water issue. I called at 8:45am and someone answered after the 2nd ring. They then scheduled to come out within 3 hours and our issue was fixed and repaired by about 1:30pm the same day. Our water kept shutting off and pulsing throughout the house, we thought our water heater was a goner since it was super old but turns out our well's tank had gone bad and some other parts needed replacing. The father and son were very knowledgeable and instead of seeing an opportunity to charge us for a new water heater, they were honest about what the real issue was and got the job done quickly! I highly recommend this company, their 5 star rating is well deserved. We are definitely holding onto their business card for any future issues that may arise. Thank you!!

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. These guys are great! Excellent service and responded very quickly. He knew what he was doing and fixed my busted pipe at a great price and was very friendly. I highly recommend NG Plumbing and will certainly be using them in the future.

He came last year to fix loose kitchen faucet and removed adhesive so a year later it is loose again. I have called and left 4 messages but he won't return phone calls. He also won't return phone calls to a friend who he had previously helped. I will have to call another plumber to fix the issue he created and I advise others to do the same.

This company is ridiculous. They send someone out for an estimate in which I had to pay 60 bucks and told me they would charge me 7,000 to install the wiring for a hot tub. That’s more than the brand new hot tub. Save your money and go with a private contractor.
