Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

We have had the plumbing services of the plumbing firm, three times . First time to replace water pipe from the meter to the home, short pipe and fittings. At the home and done in an hour. Second time was to replace an ice maker line, not only did they replace the line, but also brought our plumbing up to code. All during the holiday season at 7pm The third time was to replace our 16 year old hot water heater and reduce the water pressure, as always Justin did and excellent job, courteous and professional! l highly recommend the plumbing firm for your plumbing needs! William’s HPA was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ken took care of getting our hvac unit summer ready with ease and efficiency. Highly recommend for all your plumbing, heat, and air needs.

So our AC unit quit blowing cold air, I called ARS to come to my home and check the unit inside and outside. The Tech came and told me the unit was old and needed $1300.00 in repairs. He told me I might as well buy a new unit and quoted me that around $4300.00. He talked me into setting up an appointment with their sales team. I got a second opinion from a second company and the Tech told me that it was a simple switch that had gone bad in the unit, he over rode it that day and the unit began to blow cold air again. He replaced the switch two days later and the charge for this came to a little over $65.00. I don't know if the ARS tech was incompetent or a dishonest sales man trying to make a sale but I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY!

Very pleased with service. I made a single call and the team showed up on time as they stated. Came in with quick assessment of plumbing issues, offered a quote, made all needed repairs quickly and efficiently. Very respectful of property and cleaned-up after the job. Would certainly recommend.

He came last year to fix loose kitchen faucet and removed adhesive so a year later it is loose again. I have called and left 4 messages but he won't return phone calls. He also won't return phone calls to a friend who he had previously helped. I will have to call another plumber to fix the issue he created and I advise others to do the same.

He takes the time to make sure your equipment is working properly, that you are up to code and that you know how to take care of it and when something is wrong with it.
