Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Just had preventative maintenance performed on our air and heating units (heat pumps & air handlers). The upstairs unit stopped working for some reason. I went into the attic space and found the air handler air flow door to be loose. I started to unscrew the cover and it fell off before the second turn of the knob. It took me a bit to reattach the cover door securely than all of a sudden the unit started up is is cooling like it should. I presume the technician who performed the maintenance check misaligned the door. I would have hoped he would have checked it before saying everything is working fine. I gave the company a good review regarding the tech on their survey. Wish I would have waited a few days. I have one more maintenance per the agreement and then I'm shopping around. A little upset that something so routine could be missed.

We used Custom Electric to install a new electrical box and EV charger. I cannot say enough positive comments about both the work provided and the professionalism of everyone! Each day they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work on time. I would, without a doubt, use Custom Electric again!

After requesting a quote 3 times I was hatefully replied to via email with a four word response. Rude, just rude.

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?
