Kyle and his assistant were so nice, courteous and professional. My appt window was for 11:00-1:30pm but Kyle called and they were able to come about an hour early, They came to the door wearing masks and booties which I greatly appreciated. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my original reason for calling which was my water heater not working. We also had a leak that had just come up in the past couple of weeks so had them take a look. Again, they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a range of options and then efficiently fixed my leak in the wall. Having to call about the water heater may have been a blessing in disguise as the wall leak was the bigger problem and had it not been attended to most likely would have turned into a much bigger problem. I highly recommend Coretech and plan to use them for any future plumbing needs. My google profile is my non-profit.

Contacted after moving into a new home and discovering a leak under the kitchen sink. Upon calling, they were kind, courteous, and responsive. Technician was in contact prior to arrival and attentive to the issue.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

we requested for estimate to change the pipes ,it was about 20ft pipes and estimate was around 900$ .ok ,we paid ,but they change only 10% of the pipes then we requested -they refund us back only 150 $ .so ,they did not finished requested job which we paid ,and they robbed us .One picture is what we requested and paid ,another picture with red mark is only what they reaper .would not recommend them .i called them ,to complain ,ask if they want to come in and see by self why we feel robbed -they try to sell me some demagogic answers without any sense .stay away .
